New & Used 2026 Nissan Murano for Sale nearFort Ripley, MN

Is the 2026 Nissan Murano a good car?

The 2026 Nissan Murano is a strong choice if you want a midsize SUV that leans upscale and comfort-focused. Its redesign gives it a more premium look and feel, and the cabin takes a clear step forward in design and quality. You also get a traditional nine-speed automatic transmission, which makes it more responsive than the CVT setup used before and helps it feel smoother under acceleration.

For everyday use, the Murano’s appeal is in its standard equipment and polished presentation. Even the base model includes a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, and Nissan Safety Shield 360. Higher trims add features like Google Built-in, a Bose audio system, a surround-view camera system, ventilated and massaging front seats, heated rear seats, and a head-up display.

The tradeoffs are that it is not especially engaging to drive, its cargo area is still somewhat small for the class, and pricing climbs into luxury-adjacent territory. Even so, 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a solid amount of market opportunity.

Is the 2026 Nissan Murano reliable?

The 2026 Nissan Murano is presented as a well-rounded SUV with strong safety results and a more refined overall package. Its redesign brings a more modern cabin, a traditional nine-speed automatic transmission, and a generous list of standard features, all of which support a more polished ownership experience.

It also posts strong safety results, with five-star overall and side-impact ratings from NHTSA for the 2025 model and a Top Safety Pick+ award from IIHS. That combination points to a vehicle that should feel reassuring in daily use.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a more complex, feature-rich SUV can bring higher repair and maintenance exposure as it ages.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Nissan Murano?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the vehicle’s condition matches its listing photos and description. Prioritize a careful inspection of the cabin electronics, touchscreen functions, and comfort features, since the Murano leans heavily on tech and convenience equipment. It is also worth focusing on overall wear and maintenance consistency, especially if you want a higher-trim example with more premium features.

Choose the 2026 if:

• 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2025 if:
