New & Used 2026 Nissan Murano for Sale nearByars, OK

Is the 2026 Nissan Murano a good car?

The 2026 Nissan Murano is a strong choice if you want a midsize SUV that leans upscale and comfort-focused. Its redesign gives it a more premium look and feel, and the cabin takes a clear step forward in design and quality with a cleaner layout and more modern tech. Nissan also pairs it with a traditional nine-speed automatic transmission, which makes it feel more responsive than the CVT setup used before.

That said, it is not the best pick if you want a sporty drive or maximum cargo space. The Murano is tuned more for comfort than engagement, and its cargo area is still somewhat small for the class. It also pushes into luxury-adjacent pricing, so value depends on how much you care about the upscale presentation and standard equipment.

With 33.1% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent number of opportunities to shop selectively.

Is the 2026 Nissan Murano reliable?

The 2026 Nissan Murano brings a more polished design, a traditional nine-speed automatic transmission, and a well-equipped cabin that should appeal if you want a modern, comfort-oriented SUV. It also comes with a broad set of standard and available features, including Nissan Safety Shield 360 and higher-trim upgrades like a surround-view camera system and ventilated front seats.

For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that a more complex, feature-rich SUV can be costlier to maintain if you prioritize premium equipment and higher trims.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Nissan Murano?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the vehicle’s condition matches its advertised status. Prioritize a careful inspection of the touchscreen, driver-assist features, and interior wear, since the Murano’s appeal depends heavily on its cabin quality and tech. It is also worth checking that all comfort and convenience features work properly, especially on higher trims.

Should I buy a 2026 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 33.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It introduced the Murano’s major redesign and added a fresh, more upscale identity.

The bottom line: If you want the most current version of the Murano’s upscale redesign and you value a strong share of clean listings, the 2026 is the better primary target. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2025 can be worth a look because it delivers the core redesign benefits and may offer a lower entry point.
