New & Used 2026 Nissan Murano for Sale nearButtonwillow, CA

Is the 2026 Nissan Murano a good car?

The 2026 Nissan Murano is a strong pick if you want a midsize SUV that prioritizes comfort, style, and a more polished driving feel over sportiness. Its switch to a nine-speed automatic transmission is a meaningful improvement over older CVT-equipped versions, and the cabin brings a cleaner design with upscale touches like a 12.3-inch infotainment touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, and available premium features on higher trims.

It also has a distinctive look, with design details that help it stand apart from the typical midsize SUV. The tradeoff is that it is tuned more for comfort than for spirited driving, and its cargo space is still somewhat limited for the class.

With 37.7% of listings priced as good or great deals, you have a moderate amount of market opportunity if you shop carefully.

Is the 2026 Nissan Murano reliable?

The 2026 Nissan Murano is presented as a more refined and polished version of the model, with the new nine-speed automatic transmission helping it feel more responsive and less strained than the older CVT setup. It also benefits from a more upscale cabin and a strong standard equipment list, which can make day-to-day ownership feel more satisfying.

That said, the Murano’s comfort-first tuning and limited cargo space mean you should think about how well it fits your routine before committing. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is choosing a vehicle whose condition and maintenance history do not match its premium positioning.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Nissan Murano?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm that the specific car you want has a clean title and consistent service records. A pre-purchase inspection should focus on the transmission, interior electronics, and overall condition, especially if you are considering a higher-trim model with more equipment.

Should I buy a 2026 Nissan Murano or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 37.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It introduced a major redesign with a new powertrain and a more upscale feel.

The bottom line:

If you want the most polished version of this Murano formula, the 2026 is the better primary choice because it builds on the redesign with a more refined driving experience and strong feature content. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2025 is worth a look because it delivers many of the same core upgrades and may offer a lower entry point.
