New & Used 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona for Sale nearArdmore, OK

Is the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona a good car?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona earns an expert rating of 7.83/10. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Safety.

It makes the strongest case for itself as a four-door, where you get extra practicality without giving up the car’s extraordinary performance or retro muscle-car styling. That combination fits the car’s appeal as an electric muscle car with real visual presence, and it also helps explain why it feels more compelling than a purely rational purchase.

The trade-offs are real, though: poor visibility and cheap-feeling interior materials undercut the premium price, and the sluggish touchscreen response can frustrate you in daily use. Even so, the car’s standout performance, spacious cabin, and fun-to-drive character give it a clear enthusiast edge.

Good and great deals account for 34.2% of listings, which suggests you can shop selectively without expecting a flood of bargain pricing.

Is the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona reliable?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona is presented as a modern EV with a sophisticated electric drivetrain, and its performance hardware is built around dual motors and an AWD layout. That setup should give you the kind of traction and repeatable acceleration that helps reduce the drama of hard launches and spirited driving.

The battery and charging setup also support straightforward ownership: you can charge at home overnight, use DC fast charging for quicker top-ups, and rely on the car’s EV pages to manage charging schedules and station finding. Dodge also includes complimentary trial subscriptions for connected services, which adds some convenience early in ownership.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the drivetrain’s concept and more about buying a high-performance EV with expensive hardware, so battery condition and charging history deserve close attention.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report, verify the car’s equipment, and inspect it carefully for signs of hard use, especially if it has performance-oriented options. Pay close attention to cabin condition, touchscreen behavior, and whether the car’s charging and driver-assistance systems work as expected.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The lineup is centered on Scat Pack, and the four-door body style preserves the car’s styling while adding practicality. Look closely at whether the car has the optional packages that help offset the cabin’s cheaper-looking finishes.
• Powertrain: The car uses two 250-kilowatt electric motors, one front and one rear, for AWD. Output is 630 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque, with 670 hp available through Power Shot.
• Safety package: Active Driving Assist is the hands-on-wheel driver-assistance system, and standard equipment also includes adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors front, side, and rear. Surround-view cameras and a blind-spot camera are included with the available Plus Group.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, a 16-inch digital instrument display, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, and over-the-air-friendly connected features through Dodge Connect.
• Range & charging: The battery pack is 100.5 kWh, with 93.9 kWh usable. DC fast charging can take the battery from 20% to 80% in 24 minutes, while home charging on an 11-kW AC station takes 5.4 hours for the same range.
• Battery health: Ask for battery state-of-health information, review charging habits, and confirm whether the car has spent most of its life on home charging or frequent DC fast charging. You should also check how much of the battery warranty remains and make sure the car charges normally without warning messages or reduced-range behavior.

Which 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona trim should I buy?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona is offered in 1 trim level: Scat Pack.

Here's the short version:

The Scat Pack is the trim to focus on because it is the only one explicitly offered here, and it already brings the car’s core appeal: huge power, AWD traction, and the full retro-muscle look. If you want the best-value path, this is it by default, but you should prioritize examples with the packages that improve the cabin and add useful hardware.

The safety package is broad, and the available Plus Group adds surround-view cameras and a blind-spot camera.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully without expecting overwhelming deal volume.

• Clean inventory: 98.0% of listings are accident-free.

Is the 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona safe?

The 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona’s crash-test ratings from NHTSA and IIHS are unavailable.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Every Charger Daytona comes with a long list of standard driver-assistance systems. The car uses Active Driving Assist, which is a hands-on-wheel system rather than a hands-free one, and it includes adaptive cruise control, lane-centering assist, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and parking sensors to the front, side, and rear.

The available Plus Group adds surround-view cameras and a blind-spot camera. In testing, the driver aids were generally easy to use, though Active Driving Assist disengaged on sharper curves and lane merges, and the brakes could react too abruptly in mixed traffic.

Should I buy a 2026 Dodge Charger Daytona or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 34.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• It adds a four-door body style that improves practicality without diluting the car’s performance character.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It delivers the same electric-muscle personality with instant acceleration and strong style.

The bottom line: Choose the 2026 if you want the more practical body style and are shopping a market with some deal potential. If you’re mainly chasing the Charger Daytona’s style and performance at the lowest possible entry point, the 2025 remains the price-sensitive alternative to compare.
