New & Used 2026 Audi A6 for Sale nearArdmore, OK

Is the 2026 Audi A6 a good car?

The 2026 Audi A6 earns a 7/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Form and function at 8/10.

The A6 is aimed at you if you want a luxury sedan that bundles its core strengths into one package, and the data backs that up with a powerful engine, standard all-wheel drive, and a spacious cabin. It also rides on a fresh platform and is positioned as a new take on a familiar formula, which helps explain why it feels broadly capable on paper.

The trade-offs are real, though: the interior materials are described as unimpressive, and the infotainment system is called poorly executed. The driving experience is also described as unrefined, so this is more of a well-rounded, high-capability sedan than a polished standout in every premium detail.

Good and great deals account for 34.8% of listings, which gives you a moderate amount of market flexibility.

Is the 2026 Audi A6 reliable?

The 2026 Audi A6 is presented as a new-generation model with a familiar luxury-sedan formula, and the available data points to a car built around strong fundamentals rather than complexity for its own sake. Its standard all-wheel drive and turbocharged V6 suggest a straightforward performance setup, while the warranty coverage is comparable to what you’ll get from BMW, Mercedes, and most other luxury brands.

Audi also says the A6 covers the bases well as a single model, which supports the idea that it should be a sensible long-term choice if you keep up with routine care. The first scheduled maintenance visit is on the house, which is a helpful ownership perk.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that this is a first-year redesign, so you should be especially attentive to early-build quirks and how the car has been maintained.

What should I look for when buying a used 2026 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and verify that the car’s condition matches its mileage and asking price. A pre-purchase inspection is especially worth prioritizing on a first-year redesign, since you’ll want to check for any early-build issues and confirm that the electronics, drivetrain, and cabin features all work as intended.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The A6 is available in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trim levels. The base Premium gets 19-inch wheels with all-season run-flat tires, while the higher trims add more equipment and the Prestige can be paired with an S Line Black Optic Package for a sportier look.
• Powertrain: You get a turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 with 362 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque, paired with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and standard quattro all-wheel drive. The setup is strong, but the transmission can hesitate from a stop under heavy throttle.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitors, traffic-sign recognition, parking sensors, and lane-departure warning. Premium Plus and Prestige add park assist, adaptive cruise assist with automated lane centering, and a 360-degree camera system.
• Infotainment: You get a standard 11.9-inch digital instrument cluster and 14.5-inch touchscreen, plus standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. An optional 10.9-inch front-passenger touchscreen is available, and Audi says an updated interface is scheduled to arrive later in the model year.
• Fuel efficiency: The A6 is rated at 20 mpg city and 29 mpg highway, with 23 mpg combined.

Which 2026 Audi A6 trim should I buy?

The 2026 Audi A6 is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core A6 formula: the V6, standard all-wheel drive, and the main comfort and safety basics. It makes sense if you want the least expensive way into the model and don’t need the extra convenience tech.
• Premium Plus: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the park-assist system, adaptive cruise assist with automated lane centering, and a 360-degree camera system. If you want the strongest mix of equipment and price, this is the one to target.
• Prestige: This is the most fully equipped version, and it adds adaptive air suspension when not paired with the Sport Plus Package. It suits you if you want the most upscale version of the A6 and are willing to pay for it.

The safety package is strongest on Premium Plus and Prestige, since those trims add more advanced driver-assistance and camera features.

Is the 2026 Audi A6 safe?

The 2026 Audi A6 does not have crash-test ratings listed in the available data.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The A6 comes standard with adaptive cruise control, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, blind-spot monitors, traffic-sign recognition, parking sensors, and lane-departure warning. Premium Plus and Prestige add park assist, adaptive cruise assist with automated lane centering, and a 360-degree camera system.

Audi does not offer a hands-free driving system, and the lane-centering feature was described as wobbling from side to side quite a bit. Robust driver monitoring is part of the package, which helps guard against misuse of the tech.

Should I buy a 2026 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2026 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2026 if:

• 34.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 98.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• The redesigned model brings a powerful standard V6, standard all-wheel drive, and a fresh platform.

The bottom line: The 2026 makes sense if you want the newest A6 formula with strong standard performance and a broad feature set. If you’re price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth considering, especially if you want to trade some newness for a lower entry price.
