How much does the 2025 Toyota Crown cost?

Is the 2025 Toyota Crown a good car?

The 2025 Toyota Crown stands out because it blends full-size sedan proportions with a taller ride height, easy entry and exit, and a quiet, comfortable character aimed at buyers who want a luxury-like daily driver without paying for a luxury badge. It is also unusual in that every Crown is a hybrid and every Crown comes standard with all-wheel drive, giving it a clear identity in a shrinking sedan segment.

For 2025, the Crown is especially appealing if you value strong equipment levels, since all trims get eight-way power front seats, heated front and rear seats, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, over-the-air updates, and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0. The cabin is also notably quiet at highway speeds, which reinforces its comfort-first mission.

The market reflects that appeal, with 34.0% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2025 Toyota Crown reliable?

The 2025 Toyota Crown stands out because it pairs Toyota’s premium-sedan ambitions with a mainstream platform, standard all-wheel drive, and a hybrid-only lineup. That combination points to a calm, efficiency-focused ownership experience rather than a complicated or highly specialized one.

Its comfort-first character and strong standard equipment make it a sensible choice if you want a refined daily driver with a clear identity. For long-term ownership, the main risk is less about the concept and more about making sure the specific used example has been maintained well and still feels tight, quiet, and well cared for.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Crown?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you are seriously considering, especially if the price looks unusually attractive. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on overall condition, cabin wear, and whether the car still feels as quiet and composed as the model is supposed to be.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Crown?

This is a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you have room to compare listings and wait for the right example rather than rushing into the first one you see.

• Deal availability: 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 388 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.84% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $38,228, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Crown's resale value?

The current average of $38,743 sits slightly below last year's $42,973.

That price movement suggests the Crown has softened enough to create a better entry point for used buyers, but it also means future sellers may need to be realistic about pricing if they want to move the car quickly. If you buy well now, you may have a better chance of limiting depreciation pain later, especially if you choose a clean, well-kept example with strong equipment and a desirable trim.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Crown or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.84% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better primary choice if you want the Crown’s strongest mix of equipment, comfort, and market availability. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby year may be worth a look, but the 2025 gives you a compelling balance of softened pricing and solid inventory quality.
