How much does the 2025 Toyota Camry cost?

There are 9,841 listings available, which suggests you should have a healthy range of options to compare.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Toyota Camry earns a 4.89/5 user rating and an 8/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Cost effectiveness and Safety.

Owners consistently praise its smooth ride, exceptional fuel economy, and spacious interior, and many also value how it compares with rising used-car prices. The Camry’s use-case is straightforward: you want a dependable, efficient family sedan with modern styling and tech, and this one is built to fit that brief. The main trade-offs are a noisy engine and a finicky voice assistant. Even so, 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which keeps the market attractive for shoppers who want value.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry reliable?

Owners rate it 4.89/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

Owner feedback points to a car that feels reliable, dependable, and easy to count on, with strong praise for its smooth ride and fuel economy. The expert evaluation also emphasizes Toyota’s reputation for reliability and the Camry’s long-term appeal as a practical daily driver. Toyota’s hybrid system is designed to operate in the background, which supports a low-fuss ownership experience, and the standard hybrid setup should appeal to buyers who want efficiency without extra complexity. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the core powertrain and more about whether a specific example has been maintained and kept in good condition.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still run a history report on any listing you’re considering, even if the market looks clean overall. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection if the car has higher mileage, visible wear, or incomplete service records. Focus on condition details that matter in daily use, especially interior wear, electronics, and how well the hybrid system and driver-assistance features operate.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The LE trim gets 16-inch alloy wheels and fabric seating surfaces, while SE adds black 18-inch wheels, sportier exterior touches, and SofTex synthetic leather upholstery. XSE brings 19-inch wheels and perforated leather seats, and it also adds more upscale appearance and available two-tone paint. The base trim is the most stripped-down, so if you want a more premium feel, you’ll want to move up the lineup.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Camry is a hybrid, using a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine with electric motors. Front-wheel-drive models make 225 horsepower, while all-wheel-drive versions make 232 horsepower. Toyota says the electronic AWD system adds traction with only a minimal impact on fuel economy.
• Safety package: Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, and it includes blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. The Premium Plus Package on XLE and XSE adds front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, panoramic view monitor, and traffic-jam assist.
• Infotainment: The standard setup is an 8-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, plus wireless charging and five USB ports. Higher trims get a 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 12.3-inch digital driver display, and XLE and XSE can add a 10-inch head-up display and JBL Premium Audio.
• Fuel efficiency: Toyota estimates 51 mpg combined for front-wheel-drive models and 50 mpg combined for all-wheel-drive models.

Which 2025 Toyota Camry trim should I buy?

The 2025 Toyota Camry is offered in 4 trim levels: LE, SE, XLE, XSE.

Here's the short version:

• LE: This is the value play if you want the lowest entry point and still want the core Camry experience, including standard hybrid power, wireless smartphone integration, and Toyota Safety Sense 3.0. It’s the most straightforward choice if you care more about efficiency and price than upscale extras.
• SE: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds a sportier look, black 18-inch wheels, and SofTex synthetic leather upholstery without jumping all the way to the luxury-oriented trims. If you want a nicer cabin and more visual presence, this is the sweet spot.
• XLE: This trim leans more upscale, with a more premium presentation and access to larger tech and comfort upgrades. It suits you if you want a quieter, more refined daily driver and are willing to pay for it.
• XSE: This is the top trim and the most style-forward version, with 19-inch wheels, perforated leather seats, and the most aggressive exterior treatment. It’s the one to choose if you want the most premium look and the fullest feature set.

The Premium Plus Package is available on XLE and XSE, and it adds the most advanced safety and parking features.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Toyota Camry?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop with some leverage if you’re patient.

• Deal availability: 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 9,841 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.52% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $27,633, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Toyota Camry's resale value?

The current average of $28,757 sits slightly below last year's $30,437.

That softer pricing can work in your favor if you’re buying now, but it also gives you a useful benchmark if you plan to sell later. A model that enters ownership at a lower average price can be easier to move in the future if it stays clean, well maintained, and competitively equipped. The Camry’s strong reputation for reliability and efficiency should help support demand, especially among shoppers who prioritize practical ownership over flash. If the market stays steady, a well-kept example should remain appealing to used buyers.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.89/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Toyota Camry safe?

The 2025 Camry is too new as of this writing to have completed crash testing with independent safety organizations.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 is standard, and it brings blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and road-sign assist. The available Premium Plus Package on XLE and XSE adds front cross-traffic alert, lane-change assist, front and rear parking assist with automatic braking, panoramic view monitor, and traffic-jam assist. The lane-keeping assist system was described as firm but deferential, which is a good sign for everyday use. The main caveat is that the Camry has not yet completed independent crash testing for this model year.

Should I buy a 2025 Toyota Camry or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.9% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.9% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.52% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.89/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It debuts a new hybrid-only powertrain, fresh styling, and updated tech.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a sporty Nightshade Edition trim and a new Dark Cosmos paint color.

The bottom line: If you want the newest Camry with the strongest mix of value, efficiency, and modern features, the 2025 is the better starting point. If you’re price-sensitive and find a cleaner or cheaper 2024 or 2025 example, that can still be the smarter move, but the 2025 gives you the most up-to-date version of the formula.
