Used 2025 Nissan Rogue for Sale nearNatchitoches, LA

How much does the 2025 Nissan Rogue cost?

Prices have softened 17.71% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 9,361 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing prices and trims.

Is the 2025 Nissan Rogue a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Nissan Rogue earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.7/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, Cost effectiveness, and Safety.

It’s positioned as a five-passenger compact SUV that emphasizes comfort, value, and everyday usefulness. The Rogue’s strengths include a comfortable ride, good fuel economy, and an upscale interior, while its latest updates add more personality through the Rock Creek trim and more polish through available ProPilot Assist 2.1 highway driving assist.

The main trade-offs are modest acceleration and passing power, plus the fact that some rivals are sportier and more fun to drive. Even so, it remains a well-rounded choice if you want a practical compact SUV with broad appeal.

About 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Nissan Rogue reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The Rogue is described as a well-rounded, easy-going compact SUV with a comfortable ride and supportive seating, which are the kinds of traits that usually matter in long-term ownership. Its smooth CVT and kind-to-the-fuel-budget drivetrain also support low-stress daily use.

The 201-horsepower turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder provides decent grunt for routine driving, and the transmission is described as smooth and nicely faded into the background. That said, the modest power output means you should expect relaxed rather than brisk performance over time.

If you’re buying used, the biggest ownership risk is simply whether the vehicle was maintained well and whether the trim level you choose matches your expectations for power and equipment.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Rogue?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or a more heavily optioned trim. Focus on overall condition, tire wear, brake feel, cabin wear, and whether the features you want are actually present on the specific listing.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Rogue is offered in five trims: the base S, SV, Rock Creek, SL, and range-topping Platinum. The SV adds an eight-way power-adjustable driver’s seat, two rear USB-C ports, a Wi-Fi hot spot, keyless entry, remote start, dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, and a power liftgate, while the Platinum adds semi-aniline leather seating surfaces, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, and a 10-speaker Bose audio system.
• Powertrain: The Rogue uses a 201-horsepower turbocharged 1.5-liter three-cylinder engine paired with a CVT. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available on all trims except the Rock Creek, where it comes standard.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward and reverse automatic emergency braking, front pedestrian detection, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, intersection assist, lane departure warning, rear parking sensors, a driver attention monitor, and automatic high-beam headlights. Available upgrades include ProPilot Assist and ProPilot Assist 2.1, a surround-view parking camera system, traffic-sign recognition, and a head-up instrument display.
• Infotainment: The S and SV use an 8-inch touchscreen with wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Upper trims get a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Google built-in capability, satellite radio, and Amazon Alexa.
• Fuel efficiency: A front-wheel drive Rogue delivers an EPA-estimated 33 mpg combined, AWD drops that to 31 mpg, and the Rock Creek returns 29 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Nissan Rogue trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Rogue is offered in 5 trim levels: S, SV, Rock Creek, SL, and Platinum.

Here's the short version:

• S: This is the entry point, so it makes sense if you want the lowest starting price and are comfortable with the basics. It’s the trim to consider if you mainly care about getting into a Rogue at the lowest cost.
• SV: This is the best-value trim because it adds a wide roster of useful features for not much extra money, including a power driver’s seat, rear USB-C ports, a Wi-Fi hot spot, remote start, dual-zone climate control, adaptive cruise control, and a power liftgate.
• Rock Creek: Choose this if you want the Rogue’s more adventurous personality. It adds all-wheel drive, all-terrain tires, a tubular roof rack, a surround-view camera system, hill-descent control, and trim-specific exterior details.
• SL: This is the first trim to get the larger 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone connectivity and Google built-in capability, so it’s the right step up if tech matters most.
• Platinum: Pick this if you want the most upscale Rogue experience, with semi-aniline leather, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, and the 10-speaker Bose audio system.

The Rock Creek trim also brings a dedicated safety and adventure package, while upper trims can add ProPilot Assist 2.1 and a surround-view camera system.

What is the 2025 Nissan Rogue's resale value?

That price movement suggests the Rogue has become more affordable for used buyers, which can make it easier to move later if you buy at the right number. For a future seller, the current softer market means your resale outcome will depend heavily on trim, condition, mileage, and how well the vehicle is equipped.

Because the Rogue has broad mainstream appeal and strong practicality, well-kept examples should continue to attract shoppers. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Rogue or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 17.71% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The Rock Creek trim adds all-wheel drive, all-terrain tires, a tubular roof rack, a surround-view camera system, and hill-descent control.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $20,769, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $23,004 average.
• It brings refreshed styling and Google built-in apps.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want the latest Rogue updates, especially the Rock Creek trim and available ProPilot Assist 2.1. If your priority is spending less up front, the 2024 is the better value play, especially if you find one in strong condition with the features you want.
