Used 2025 Nissan LEAF for Sale nearDayton, OH

How much does the 2025 Nissan LEAF cost?

Prices have softened 11.35% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 917 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used LEAFs to compare on price and condition.

Is the 2025 Nissan LEAF a good car?

The 2025 Nissan LEAF stands out as an excellent value for money, with a comfortable cabin and a quiet interior that make it easy to live with day to day. It is especially appealing if you can charge at home and do not need long-distance capability every day, since its strengths are centered on affordability and practical everyday use rather than flash.

That makes it a sensible fit if you want an approachable EV for commuting and routine errands. With 44.2% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a meaningful chance to find one priced competitively.

Is the 2025 Nissan LEAF reliable?

The 2025 Nissan LEAF’s appeal is rooted in value, comfort, and everyday usability, and it benefits from the second generation’s practical improvements over the original car. It also offers useful features such as e-Pedal driving and available vehicle-to-home capability, which add to its everyday usefulness.

For long-term ownership, the main risk is that older LEAFs in this lineage can lose range as the battery ages, so condition and battery health matter a lot when you shop used.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan LEAF?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm the car’s accident and title history before you commit. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on battery condition, charging behavior, and overall wear, since those factors matter most on a used EV. Pay close attention to how the car has been used and maintained, especially if you plan to rely on it for daily commuting.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan LEAF?

Yes — this looks like a buyer-friendly moment if you are shopping for a used LEAF, because pricing has moved lower and inventory is broad enough to give you leverage.

• Deal availability: 44.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 917 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.35% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $15,997, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan LEAF's resale value?

The current average of $16,791 sits slightly below last year's $18,940.

That decline suggests the LEAF is currently in a softer pricing environment, which can help you as a buyer today but may also limit upside if you plan to resell soon. If you buy at the right price and keep the car in strong condition, you can reduce the hit from depreciation. For a future seller, the key will be how well the car holds up on battery health, mileage, and overall condition.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan LEAF or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 44.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.35% compared with last year.

Consider the 2026 if:

• The redesign brings more range, updated charging hardware, and a more crossover-like look.

The bottom line: If you want the best mix of value, comfort, and used-market availability, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you are willing to pay more for a newer redesign with more modern hardware and styling, the 2026 is the better secondary path for buyers who prioritize those upgrades over price.
