Used 2025 Nissan Kicks for Sale nearYakima, WA

How much does the 2025 Nissan Kicks cost?

Prices have softened 5.24% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,609 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks a good car?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is a strong value play if you want a stylish, practical subcompact crossover with a lot of standard equipment and a more polished feel than its price suggests. It earns 2/5 from users and 7.17/10 from experts.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel and Cost effectiveness.

The redesign gives you a more distinctive look, better everyday refinement, and a package that is especially appealing if you’re a young or first-time shopper. The trade-offs are clear: the base engine is underwhelming, there is no power seat adjustment, and wind buffeting can be uncomfortable.

You also get a compelling mix of standard features and available premium upgrades, which helps the Kicks feel more upscale than many budget-minded crossovers. 39.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which supports the case for shopping carefully.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks reliable?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is presented as a more refined and better-executed redesign, with the kind of everyday usability that should make it appealing for long-term ownership. The powertrain is described as a major improvement over the outgoing version, and the cabin noise and ride quality are notably better than before.

The performance notes point to a steadier, more balanced driving feel, with the new engine and CVT working together more smoothly than the previous setup. The cost-effectiveness notes also add a useful ownership perk: Nissan Maintenance Care includes three oil changes for the first two years or 24,000 miles.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that the Kicks is still a value-oriented vehicle, so you should pay close attention to how well the drivetrain, cabin trim, and suspension have held up over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Kicks?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or one with optional equipment. Focus on how the vehicle drives at highway speeds, whether the cabin shows signs of wear, and whether the features you want are actually present on the trim you’re looking at.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base S is the most stripped-down version, with a 7.0-inch touchscreen, wired smartphone integration, and a four-speaker stereo, while the SV and SR add more upscale tech and a more premium feel. The base trim also misses some of the nicer touches you’ll find higher up the range, including the larger screens and wireless connectivity.
• Powertrain: Every trim uses a 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with a CVT, and the setup is much improved over the previous generation. It is still modest on paper, so you should make sure the vehicle feels responsive enough for your driving needs.
• Safety package: Safety Shield 360 is standard and includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams. ProPilot Assist is standard on the SV, and the surround-view monitor also comes standard on the SV.
• Infotainment: The S gets a 7.0-inch touchscreen with wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while the SV upgrades to a 12.3-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charging, and a six-speaker stereo. The SR adds twin 12.3-inch displays and wireless connectivity, with a Bose system available through the Premium Package.
• Fuel efficiency: Front-wheel-drive models are rated at 28 mpg city, 35 mpg highway, and 31 mpg combined, while AWD models are rated at 37 city, 34 highway, and 30 combined.

Which 2025 Nissan Kicks trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks is offered in 3 trim levels: S, SV, and SR.

Here's the short version:

• S: This is the entry point, and it gives you the redesigned Kicks at the lowest price. It makes sense if you want the new styling and core value story, but you should expect the most basic infotainment and the fewest convenience features.
• SV: This is the best-value trim for most shoppers because it adds the larger 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless smartphone integration, wireless charging, and more advanced driver-assistance equipment. If you want the sweet spot between price and equipment, this is the one to target.
• SR: This is the most upscale version, with twin 12.3-inch displays and the most premium tech presentation. It suits you best if you want the most polished cabin and are willing to pay more for it.

The SV gets ProPilot Assist and the surround-view monitor standard, while the SR can be paired with the Premium Package for heated front seats, a panoramic moonroof, and the Bose audio system.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Kicks?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory and enough price movement to make comparison shopping worthwhile.

• Deal availability: 39.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,609 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.24% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,362, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Kicks's resale value?

The current average of $22,686 sits slightly below last year's $23,941.

That decline suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now. For a future seller, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim choice rather than assuming the model will hold its price unchanged.

Because the Kicks is positioned as a value-focused crossover, well-kept examples with desirable equipment should be easier to move later than stripped-down or heavily worn ones. If you buy smart now, you improve your odds of getting a stronger return when it’s time to sell.

Is the 2025 Nissan Kicks safe?

The 2025 Nissan Kicks comes standard with a rearview camera and Safety Shield 360, which includes automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, rear automatic emergency braking, and automatic high beams.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

ProPilot Assist is standard on the SV and adds predictive forward collision warning, blind-spot intervention, lane-departure prevention, emergency lane-keep assist, intersection assist, traffic-sign recognition, and front parking sensors. The surround-view monitor also comes standard on the SV, which is a useful advantage if you want easier maneuvering in tight spaces.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 39.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 5.24% compared with last year.
• The 2025 model’s redesign gives you a much better vehicle without a big jump in price, plus stronger standard features and a more polished overall package.

The bottom line: If you want the most improved version of the Kicks, the 2025 model is the one to focus on because it combines better refinement, stronger value, and a broader feature set. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, a nearby year may still make sense, but the 2025 is the better all-around choice for most used buyers.
