Used 2025 Nissan Armada for Sale nearFloyd, IA

How much does the 2025 Nissan Armada cost?

Prices have softened 10.98% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 890 listings available, which suggests you should have a workable selection to compare.

Is the 2025 Nissan Armada a good car?

Yes — 5/5 from owners and 8/10 from our experts. The Armada’s third-generation redesign gives you a more substantial update than a routine refresh, with a new powertrain and a broader trim range that now includes PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve. The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Safety.

The trade-offs are clear: it is less spacious than some key competitors, and its hands-free driving system can be finicky. If you want a full-size SUV that leans more upscale or adventure-oriented than before, the Armada’s expanded lineup gives you more ways to match the vehicle to your use case.

34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which is a decent sign that you can still find competitive offers.

Is the 2025 Nissan Armada reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The Armada’s body-on-frame construction and full-size SUV mission point to a truck-based design that should suit buyers who value traditional capability, while the new-generation update adds a more modern powertrain and broader trim spread.

Its performance content also points to a robust setup, with a twin-turbo V6, a nine-speed automatic, and towing capability up to 8,500 pounds when properly equipped. The cost-effectiveness content adds that the starting price carries over from the prior generation, which is a useful ownership perk if you are comparing this SUV against pricier rivals.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a more complex new-generation SUV can bring more systems to evaluate carefully, especially if you plan to keep it for many years.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Armada?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a thorough inspection, especially if you are considering a higher-trim example with more equipment. Focus on condition, tire wear, and whether the vehicle’s technology and driver-assistance features operate as expected. If you are shopping a PRO-4X or Platinum Reserve, pay extra attention to the added hardware and options that can affect long-term ownership satisfaction.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The SV starts with the essentials, while the SL adds more convenience and tech, and the Platinum and Platinum Reserve move the cabin further upmarket. The PRO-4X is the adventure-oriented choice, with rugged exterior cues, unique wheels, all-terrain tires, and a more off-road-focused setup.
• Powertrain: Every 2025 Armada uses a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with a nine-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive are both available on most trims, while the PRO-4X is 4WD-only.
• Safety package: ProPILOT Assist is standard, with the most basic version on the SV and PRO-4X and ProPILOT Assist 1.1 on the other trims. ProPILOT Assist 2.1 is available on the SL, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve. Nissan Safety Shield 360 is standard, including traffic-sign recognition, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, lane-departure warning and prevention, and rear cross-traffic alert.
• Infotainment: The SV and SL get 12.3-inch displays, while the PRO-4X, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve get 14.3-inch screens. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and the SL adds a wireless charging pad and Google Built-In.
• Fuel efficiency: Combined fuel economy is 18 mpg for two-wheel drive models and 16 mpg for four-wheel drive versions.

Which 2025 Nissan Armada trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Armada is offered in 5 trim levels: SV, SL, Platinum, Platinum Reserve, PRO-4X.

Here's the short version:

• SV: This is the entry point, and it gives you the new-generation Armada at the lowest price while still including standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, ProPILOT Assist, and the core full-size SUV hardware. It makes the most sense if you want the new platform without paying for extra luxury or off-road equipment.
• SL: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds a 12-speaker Klipsch Premium Audio System, a wireless charging pad, Google Built-In, and ProPILOT Assist 1.1. If you want the strongest mix of comfort, tech, and price, this is the trim to focus on.
• Platinum: This trim pushes the Armada further upmarket with a more premium cabin presentation and larger 14.3-inch screens. It suits you if you want a more luxurious feel without jumping all the way to the top of the range.
• Platinum Reserve: This is the most upscale version, with 22-inch wheels, adaptive electronic air suspension, and the most premium cabin treatment. It is the right pick if you want the Armada to feel closest to a luxury SUV.
• PRO-4X: This is the adventure-oriented trim, with all-terrain tires, skid plates, an electronic locking rear differential, and 4WD-only hardware. It is the one to buy if you want the Armada’s most rugged character and the most off-road-focused setup.

ProPILOT Assist 2.1 is available only on the SL, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Armada?

The market looks moderately favorable if you are a selective buyer.

• Deal availability: 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 890 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.98% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.5% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $59,269, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Armada's resale value?

The current average of $59,269 sits slightly below last year's $66,577.

That price movement suggests the Armada has become more attractive to used buyers, which can help support demand in the near term. For a future seller, the current softness means you may not see the same resale strength you would have a year ago, especially if you bought at a higher price point. Still, the model’s broader appeal, updated design, and strong equipment mix should help it remain relevant in the used market.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Nissan Armada safe?

The 2025 Nissan Armada earns Top Safety Pick recognition from IIHS.

It earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Nissan’s ProPILOT Assist suite is standard, and the basic version includes adaptive cruise control with active lane-centering steering assistance. ProPILOT Assist 1.1 adds speed management based on curves and intersections, while ProPILOT Assist 2.1 adds hands-free highway-driving assist technology on the SL, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve. Nissan Safety Shield 360 is also standard, with traffic-sign recognition, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, lane-departure warning and prevention, and rear cross-traffic alert.

A surround-view camera becomes standard on the SL, and higher trims get Nissan’s 3D Around View Monitor. All but the SV also get Invisible Hood View and Front Wide View, which add useful visibility for parking and tight maneuvering.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Armada or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 10.98% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 redesign adds a new powertrain, a broader trim lineup, and the first-ever PRO-4X.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a performance-focused NISMO version and even more driving polish.

The bottom line: If you want the newest redesign with strong market pricing and a wide trim range, the 2025 is the primary path to consider. If you are price-sensitive, the 2025 also looks appealing because the market has softened and inventory is healthy, so you may find a better deal without waiting.
