How much does the 2025 Nissan Armada cost?

Prices have softened 11.29% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 914 listings available, which gives you a solid pool to compare trims and pricing.

Is the 2025 Nissan Armada a good car?

Yes — with a 5/5 user rating and an 8/10 expert rating, the 2025 Armada looks like a strong pick if you want a full-size SUV with a fresh redesign and a broader trim range. The new generation brings a total makeover, a new powertrain, and added variety with PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve joining familiar SV, SL, and Platinum trims.

The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Safety.

The Armada’s updated design and upscale cabin options make it feel more premium than before, while the new PRO-4X adds adventure-ready character and the Platinum Reserve pushes farther upmarket. The tradeoffs are worth weighing: it is less spacious than some key competitors, and its hands-free driving system can be finicky.

With 35.8% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding value if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Nissan Armada reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Armada’s new-generation redesign gives you a fresh platform and a new powertrain, which can be appealing if you want a modernized full-size SUV. The expert testing also points to a well-rounded package, with strong capability, premium materials, and a broad trim spread that should help you find a version that fits your needs.

The powertrain is described as a new 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with a nine-speed automatic, and the truck is presented as a substantial step forward from the prior generation. Nissan also includes standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, which adds everyday convenience and reduces friction in daily use.

If you buy used, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the new-generation hardware and advanced driver-assistance features have been well maintained and properly functioning.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Nissan Armada?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on higher-trim examples with more advanced equipment. Focus on overall condition, feature operation, and whether the truck’s size and packaging fit your needs, since the Armada is less spacious than some rivals.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The SV starts with the essentials, while higher trims add more upscale cabin materials, larger screens, and more premium equipment. The PRO-4X stands out with rugged exterior details and adventure-oriented content, while the Platinum Reserve is the most upscale choice.
• Powertrain: The 2025 Armada uses a 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with 425 horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic. Rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive are both offered on most trims, while the PRO-4X is 4WD-only.
• Safety package: ProPILOT Assist is standard, with the most basic version on the SV and PRO-4X and ProPILOT Assist 1.1 on the other trims. Standard features also include adaptive cruise control with active lane-centering steering assistance, plus Nissan Safety Shield 360.
• Infotainment: SV and SL trims get 12.3-inch displays, while PRO-4X, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve use 14.3-inch screens. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard, and Google Built-In is added on the SL.
• Fuel efficiency: Combined fuel economy is 18 mpg for two-wheel drive models and 16 mpg for four-wheel drive versions.

Which 2025 Nissan Armada trim should I buy?

The 2025 Nissan Armada is offered in 5 trim levels: SV, SL, PRO-4X, Platinum, Platinum Reserve.

Here's the short version:

• SV: This is the entry point, and it gives you the new-generation Armada with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual screens, and the core safety suite. It is the trim to start with if you want the lowest price and the basics done well.
• SL: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds a wireless charging pad, Google Built-In, a 12-speaker Klipsch audio system, and more advanced ProPILOT Assist 1.1. It also unlocks more available tech, making it the sweet spot if you want a more polished daily driver.
• PRO-4X: Choose this if you want the Armada’s most rugged personality. It adds off-road-focused hardware and styling, including all-terrain tires, skid plates, an electronic locking rear differential, and 4WD-only capability.
• Platinum: This trim moves the Armada further into luxury territory with more upscale cabin treatment and the more advanced ProPILOT Assist 1.1 standard. It is a strong choice if comfort and premium feel matter more than off-road character.
• Platinum Reserve: This is the top-end luxury pick, with the most upscale presentation, larger standard screens, and adaptive air suspension. It is the trim to consider if you want the most premium Armada experience.

ProPILOT Assist 2.1 is available only on the SL, Platinum, and Platinum Reserve trims.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Nissan Armada?

The market looks selective rather than overheated, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 35.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 914 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.29% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.2% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $59,323, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Nissan Armada's resale value?

The current average of $59,323 sits slightly below last year's $66,871.

That drop suggests the market has moved in buyers’ favor, which can help you get in at a better price today. For a future seller, it also means you should expect resale value to depend heavily on trim, condition, and how well the truck holds up over time.

Because the Armada is a newer-generation model with a fresh design and broader trim mix, well-kept examples should remain easier to shop than older, less updated versions. Higher-trim trucks with desirable equipment may also be more appealing when it comes time to sell.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 Nissan Armada safe?

The 2025 Nissan Armada earns a 9/10 safety score from our experts.

Nissan’s ProPILOT Assist suite is standard, and the most basic version includes adaptive cruise control with active lane-centering steering assistance. ProPILOT Assist 1.1 adds speed management based on curves and intersections, while ProPILOT Assist 2.1 adds hands-free highway-driving assist technology on select trims.

Every Armada also comes with Nissan Safety Shield 360, which includes traffic-sign recognition, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, blind-spot warning, lane-departure warning and prevention, and rear cross-traffic alert. A surround-view camera becomes standard on the SL, and higher trims get Nissan’s 3D Around View Monitor, plus Invisible Hood View and Front Wide View on all but the SV.

One caveat is that the hands-free system still asks for frequent driver attention, so you should treat it as an assist feature rather than true hands-off driving.

Should I buy a 2025 Nissan Armada or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.2% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.29% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 brings a total makeover, a new powertrain, and new PRO-4X and Platinum Reserve trims.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a NISMO version and pushes the Armada further into performance-truck territory.

The bottom line: If you want the newest redesign, broader trim choice, and better pricing momentum, the 2025 is the smarter primary target. If you are price-sensitive, the 2025 also looks attractive because the market has softened and inventory is healthy, so you can shop with leverage before moving up to a newer year.
