Used 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport for Sale nearPerry, IA

How much does the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport cost?

Prices have softened 11.70% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 1,536 listings available, which suggests you should have a workable range of choices while shopping.

Is the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport a good car?

The 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is a straightforward choice if you want an inexpensive AWD crossover with a sedan-like ride, hatchback utility, and a higher ride height. It is one of the longest-running models in the subcompact crossover class, and that long production run has helped make it a familiar, easy-to-live-with option for buyers who value simplicity over flash.

Its appeal is strongest if you want affordability and standard all-wheel drive without a lot of complexity. The tradeoff is that it has never been especially cutting-edge, and its weak engine, rough ride, cheap interior materials, and plasticky cabin remain part of the package.

35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport reliable?

The 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport benefits from a long production run, and that history has helped work out many of the bugs. Later examples are described as having good reliability, which supports its case as a simple, practical used buy.

That said, you should still expect the usual long-term ownership tradeoffs that come with an older, value-focused design. For used buyers, the main risk is less about complexity and more about finding a well-kept example that has been maintained properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should prioritize a history report first, then focus on a careful inspection of the body, interior, and mechanical condition. Because this model is known for its simple formula and long-running design, condition matters more than chasing extra features, especially if you want a clean, low-stress ownership experience.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport?

This is a moderate, selective buyer's market, so you can shop with some leverage if you stay disciplined.

• Deal availability: 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,536 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.70% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,913, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport's resale value?

The current average of $19,913 sits slightly below last year's $22,551.

That decline suggests the market has moved in your favor as a buyer, but it also means future resale expectations should stay grounded. If you buy at the right price and keep the vehicle in clean condition, you can help protect value better than if you pay near the top of the range. For a future seller, the current trend points to a model that is still affordable, but not one that is likely to command a premium.

Should I buy a 2025 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.70% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is a sensible choice if you want the familiar Outlander Sport formula and you value affordability, standard AWD, and a simple ownership experience. If you're especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth considering, but the 2025 makes the most sense when you want the current-year version of this long-running, low-complexity crossover.
