The current average of $40,500 sits slightly below last year's $45,788.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, it also means resale value will depend heavily on how well your vehicle holds condition and how competitively it is priced when you list it. If the market stays steady, a well-kept example should remain easier to move than one with visible wear or a weak service history.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Lincoln Corsair or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 31.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.55% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line:

The 2025 is the better choice if you want the newest version with strong owner satisfaction and a market that has already moved lower on price. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby model years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, mileage, and asking price.
