Is the 2025 Lexus TX a good car?

Yes — the 2025 Lexus TX earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. It stands out as a roomy three-row luxury SUV with six- and seven-passenger seating, usable third-row space, and family-friendly cargo room. You also get a broad mix of gas, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid powertrains, plus a long list of standard convenience and safety equipment. For shoppers who want a practical luxury SUV with real back-seat usability, it fits that brief well. Good and great deals make up 38.1% of listings, so there is still room to shop selectively.

Is the 2025 Lexus TX reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Lexus TX is positioned as a comfort-focused, family-oriented luxury SUV with standard safety tech and a well-equipped cabin. Its broad powertrain lineup and emphasis on everyday usability suggest a vehicle built to serve a wide range of buyers well. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is making sure the specific vehicle you choose has been cared for properly, especially given the complexity that can come with higher-feature luxury SUVs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Lexus TX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report to confirm the listing’s background and verify that the title and service history are clean. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin electronics, seating functions, and convenience features, since this model leans heavily on technology and comfort equipment. Focus on overall condition and how well the vehicle’s family-use features have held up, especially if you plan to use the third row often.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Lexus TX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop carefully and still find worthwhile options.

• Deal availability: 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 904 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.16% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 95.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $59,403, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Lexus TX's resale value?

The current average of $59,462 sits slightly below last year's $62,043.

That price movement suggests the market has eased a bit, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also temper short-term resale upside. If you plan to sell later, the current softness means your return will depend more on condition, mileage, and equipment than on broad market momentum. Well-kept examples should still appeal to family buyers looking for a spacious luxury three-row SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Lexus TX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.16% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $52,726, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $59,462 average.
• It established the TX as a practical, comfortable three-row crossover.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It emphasizes a spacious cabin and three powertrains for buyers who want flexibility.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current-market availability, owner satisfaction, and a well-equipped family luxury SUV, the 2025 is the primary choice. If price is your top priority, the 2024 is the better value path to explore.
