Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Lexus TX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.90% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2024 if:

• At $51,836, the 2024 costs less than the current year's $58,666 average.
• It established the TX as a credible, well-rounded three-row luxury SUV.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds more powertrain flexibility and a roomier-feeling family setup.

The bottom line: You should start with the 2025 if you want the strongest mix of current pricing, inventory, and owner satisfaction. If your budget is tighter, the 2024 is the better value play because it costs less while still delivering the TX’s core strengths.
