How much does the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee cost?

Prices have softened 12.93% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 4,508 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for comparison shopping.

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee a good car?

Yes — 5/5 is a strong user rating for the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It blends Jeep’s traditional off-road identity with a more premium, mainstream-friendly feel, and it offers a broad trim walk that ranges from basic models to more luxurious versions. You also get multiple four-wheel-drive setups, including systems with a low range and an available height-adjustable air suspension, so it can suit both everyday comfort and trail-focused use. With 36.7% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2025 Grand Cherokee is described as a relatively new SUV with modern technology and a premium cabin available on higher trims. Its straightforward V6 powertrain and established platform should make it familiar to many used buyers, while the broad trim range gives you flexibility in how much equipment you want. For long-term ownership, the main risk is paying more for the higher-spec versions, where the most desirable features are concentrated.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing matches the equipment and trim level you expect. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the cabin, electronics, and any four-wheel-drive or suspension hardware, since those are the features that most affect how this SUV feels day to day. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records, especially if you are considering a higher-trim example.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee?

This is a moderate market, so you can be selective without expecting a deep bargain on every listing.

• Deal availability: 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 4,508 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.93% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $35,245, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee's resale value?

The current average of $35,245 sits slightly below last year's $40,479.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, the softer current pricing means resale value will depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim desirability. Well-kept examples should still benefit from the Grand Cherokee name and its broad appeal to shoppers who want comfort and capability.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.7% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.93% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a new turbocharged four-cylinder, updated styling, and a bigger touchscreen.

The bottom line: Choose the 2025 if you want a proven version of the Grand Cherokee formula and you find a well-priced, clean example. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2025 is especially appealing now because the market has softened, but the 2026 makes sense if you want the refreshed design and newer tech.
