How much does the 2025 INFINITI QX80 cost?

There are 862 listings available, which suggests you should have a workable range of choices.

Is the 2025 INFINITI QX80 a good car?

Yes — the 2025 INFINITI QX80 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.2/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Form and function and Technology.

The QX80 is a full-size luxury SUV that emphasizes interior space and tech gadgets over driving dynamics, which fits you well if you want a large luxury hauler with a modernized feel. Its strengths include plenty of cargo space, a spacious third row, and an impressive stereo, while the redesign also brings new styling, a new powertrain, and updated tech features.

The trade-offs are clear: fairly pedestrian performance and poor ride quality. Poor fuel economy is another drawback, so this is best if you value room, comfort-oriented luxury, and equipment more than efficiency or engaging road manners.

There are 34.2% good or great deals in the market, which points to a decent amount of value-oriented inventory.

Is the 2025 INFINITI QX80 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The QX80’s redesign brings updated tech and a new powertrain, and the expert review describes it as a large luxury SUV that prioritizes space and equipment. The twin-turbo V6 and nine-speed automatic replace the older setup, and the model’s body-on-frame construction remains part of its traditional SUV character.

Infiniti also notes that the QX80 comes with a four-year/60,000-mile basic warranty and a six-year/70,000-mile warranty on new vehicles. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that its size, complexity, and fuel use can make upkeep and daily running costs less forgiving than smaller SUVs.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 INFINITI QX80?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a large luxury SUV with a lot of tech and available driver-assistance hardware. Focus on overall condition, since the QX80’s appeal depends heavily on how well the cabin, electronics, and suspension have been maintained.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The QX80 is offered in Pure, Luxe, Sensory, and Autobiography trim levels. The base Pure trim comes with 20-inch wheels, while the other grades move to 22-inch wheels. Roof rails are standard, but so is a panoramic moonroof, and the cabin adds a large horizontal display plus 64-color ambient lighting. Pure models come standard with leatherette upholstery, Luxe models get leather seats for the first and second rows, Sensory models upgrade those rows to semi-aniline leather, and Autograph models get semi-aniline leather across all three rows.
• Powertrain: The redesigned QX80 uses a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with 450 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Standard rear-wheel drive is joined by optional four-wheel drive, and the new setup feels more energetic than the outgoing V8-powered version.
• Safety package: Standard safety features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, and a trailer blind-spot warning system that works with trailers up to 33 feet in length. ProPilot Assist 1.1 adds adaptive cruise control with automated lane centering, while ProPilot Assist 2.1 on Luxe, Sensory, and Autograph models adds hands-free driving and automated lane changes.
• Infotainment: The cabin features dual 14.3-inch screens, plus a smaller 9-inch touchscreen on the center console. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are supported, and Google built-in apps bring Google Maps, Google Assistant, and the Google Play Store. A head-up display is available, and the system includes eight USB-C ports across all three rows.
• Fuel efficiency: Infiniti estimates 18 mpg combined, 16 mpg city, and 20 mpg highway with rear-wheel drive, or 17 mpg combined, 15 mpg city, and 19 mpg highway with four-wheel drive.

Which 2025 INFINITI QX80 trim should I buy?

The 2025 INFINITI QX80 is offered in 4 trim levels: Pure, Luxe, Sensory, and Autograph.

Here's the short version:

• Pure: This is the entry point, and it gives you the redesigned QX80 experience with the new styling, twin-turbo V6, dual 14.3-inch screens, and standard safety equipment. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting point and can live without the extra comfort and tech upgrades found higher up.
• Luxe: This is the best-value trim if you want a more complete luxury experience. It adds leather seats for the first and second rows and brings access to ProPilot Assist 2.1, which adds hands-free driving and automated lane changes.
• Sensory: This trim steps up to semi-aniline leather for the first and second rows and gets the stronger 24-speaker Klipsch audio system with Individual Audio tech. It suits you if cabin comfort and premium sound matter more than keeping costs down.
• Autograph: This is the most upscale version, with semi-aniline leather across all three rows and the same 24-speaker audio setup. Choose it if you want the most luxurious cabin presentation and are willing to pay for it.

ProPilot Assist 2.1 is available on Luxe, Sensory, and Autograph models, so those trims are the ones to target if hands-free driving matters to you.

What is the 2025 INFINITI QX80's resale value?

The current average of $71,715 sits slightly below last year's $81,110.

That drop suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may pressure future resale if you plan to sell soon. The current year-round range also shows that pricing has room to move, so condition and equipment will matter when it comes time to trade or sell.

Should I buy a 2025 INFINITI QX80 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 34.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.58% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2025 redesign brings new styling, a new powertrain, and updated tech features.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds a new Sport trim level.

The bottom line: If you want the redesigned QX80 now, the 2025 is the better path because it already delivers the new styling, powertrain, and tech while prices have eased. If you’re shopping mainly on value, the 2025 also gives you a broader chance to find a discounted listing. The 2026 makes sense only if the new Sport trim is specifically what you want.
