Used 2025 INFINITI QX80 for Sale nearNew Brunswick, NJ

How much does the 2025 INFINITI QX80 cost?

Prices have softened 12.53% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 868 listings available, which gives you a meaningful amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2025 INFINITI QX80 a good car?

Yes — the 2025 INFINITI QX80 earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.17/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Form and function and Technology.

The QX80 is a full-size luxury SUV that emphasizes interior space and tech gadgets over driving dynamics, which makes it a strong fit if you want a large luxury hauler with a modernized feel. Its strengths include plenty of cargo space, a spacious third row, and an impressive stereo. The redesign also brings new styling, a new powertrain, and updated tech features.

The trade-offs are clear: fairly pedestrian performance and poor ride quality.

Good and great deals percentage: 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests you can still find attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2025 INFINITI QX80 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The QX80’s redesign gives it a fresher identity, and the new powertrain and updated tech features help modernize the ownership experience. Its body-on-frame construction and large luxury-SUV mission suggest a durable, traditional setup, while the expert notes also point to a vehicle that is more about comfort, space, and equipment than sporty complexity.

The twin-turbo V6 and nine-speed automatic make the QX80 feel more energetic than the outgoing version, and the air suspension on higher trims adds real-time damping adjustment and ride-height changes that can help with everyday usability. Infiniti also includes a four-year/60,000-mile basic warranty and a six-year/70,000-mile warranty on new vehicles.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that this is a large, heavy luxury SUV with poor fuel economy and a ride that may not fully mask its size and weight over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 INFINITI QX80?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a luxury SUV with a complex cabin and available driver-assistance tech. Focus on overall condition, since the QX80’s appeal depends heavily on how well its interior, electronics, and suspension have been maintained.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: Pure models are the entry point and come with 20-inch wheels, leatherette upholstery, and a steel-sprung suspension, while higher trims add 22-inch wheels, more upscale seating materials, and air suspension. The base trim is the one most likely to leave you wanting more equipment.
• Powertrain: The QX80 uses a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 with 450 horsepower and 516 pound-feet of torque, paired with a nine-speed automatic transmission. Rear-wheel drive is standard, and four-wheel drive is available.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, and a trailer blind-spot warning system. ProPilot Assist 1.1 adds adaptive cruise control and automated lane centering, while ProPilot Assist 2.1 on Luxe, Sensory, and Autograph models adds hands-free driving and automated lane changes.
• Infotainment: You get dual 14.3-inch screens, a 9-inch center touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and Google built-in apps. A head-up display is available, and higher trims bring a 24-speaker Klipsch system.
• Fuel efficiency: Infiniti estimates 18 mpg combined, 16 mpg city, and 20 mpg highway with rear-wheel drive, or 17 mpg combined, 15 mpg city, and 19 mpg highway with four-wheel drive.

Which 2025 INFINITI QX80 trim should I buy?

The 2025 INFINITI QX80 is offered in 4 trim levels: Pure, Luxe, Sensory, and Autobiography.

Here's the short version:

• Pure: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the redesigned QX80 experience with the new twin-turbo V6, dual 14.3-inch screens, Google built-in apps, and standard safety tech. It makes sense if you want the newest QX80 at the lowest starting price and can live without the extra comfort and chassis upgrades.
• Luxe: This is the best-value trim for many shoppers because it adds leather seats for the first and second rows, air suspension, adaptive damping, and ProPilot Assist 2.1 availability. If you want the QX80’s luxury and tech story to feel fully realized, this is the trim to target.
• Sensory: This trim steps up to semi-aniline leather for the first and second rows, a 24-speaker Klipsch system, and standard four-wheel drive. It suits you if cabin refinement and premium audio matter more than keeping the price down.
• Autobiography: This is the top trim, with semi-aniline leather across all three rows, the 24-speaker Klipsch system, and standard four-wheel drive. Choose it if you want the most luxurious QX80 and are willing to pay for it.

ProPilot Assist 2.1 is available on Luxe, Sensory, and Autobiography models.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 INFINITI QX80?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, with enough inventory to shop carefully and enough pricing softness to create opportunities.

• Deal availability: 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 868 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.53% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $71,378, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 INFINITI QX80's resale value?

The current average of $71,408 sits slightly below last year's $81,634.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer today but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the good news is that the QX80’s redesign, strong equipment list, and luxury positioning should help it stay relevant with shoppers who want a large premium SUV.

Its broad appeal comes from space, tech, and comfort-oriented luxury rather than driving excitement, so resale strength will likely depend on condition, mileage, and trim. Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2025 INFINITI QX80 safe?

It earns 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard safety features include forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, lane-departure warning, and a trailer blind-spot warning system that works with trailers up to 33 feet in length.

The QX80 is also available with ProPilot Assist highway-driving assistance. The basic 1.1 version combines adaptive cruise control with automated lane centering, while the more advanced ProPilot Assist 2.1 version on Luxe, Sensory, and Autobiography models adds hands-free driving and automated lane changes.

Should I buy a 2025 INFINITI QX80 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.53% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The redesign brings new styling, a new powertrain, and updated tech features.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It is unchanged except for a new Sport trim level.

The bottom line: If you want the freshest QX80 with the strongest mix of price softness, inventory, and updated tech, the 2025 is the better primary choice. If you’re price-sensitive and find a compelling deal on a nearby year, the 2026’s minimal changes make it worth comparing closely, but the 2025 already captures the redesign benefits.
