What should I look for when buying a used 2025 INFINITI QX50?

You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the listing matches the car’s actual condition and equipment. Prioritize a careful inspection of wear items, cosmetic condition, and any signs of prior damage or inconsistent maintenance. If a listing looks especially strong on price, make sure the condition supports it before you move quickly.

The current average of $35,457 sits slightly below last year's $38,349.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. If you plan to sell later, the current softness means resale value may depend more heavily on mileage, condition, and how well the vehicle is maintained. A clean history and strong presentation should matter more when you eventually list it.

Should I buy a 2025 INFINITI QX50 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 35.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.5% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 7.54% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2025 is a sensible choice if you want a newer model year with a softer price environment and a decent number of clean listings to choose from. If you’re especially price-sensitive, you may want to compare nearby years and focus on whichever one gives you the best combination of condition, asking price, and deal quality.
