How much does the 2025 Honda CR-V cost?

Prices have softened 3.86% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 6,927 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V a good car?

Yes — owners rate it 5/5, and that lines up with the model’s strong appeal for fuel efficiency, a comfortable interior, and useful tech features. The review summary also points to standout handling and performance, while the overview shows why it works so well for you if you want a practical compact crossover with a roomy cabin and easy day-to-day usability. With 38.3% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Honda CR-V reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The review summary reinforces that impression with praise for the CR-V’s dependable ownership experience, and the overview highlights its long-running reputation for reliability and trouble-free use. For used buyers, that usually means lower anxiety about long-term ownership risk, especially if you choose a well-kept example with clean history and consistent maintenance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Honda CR-V?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report so you can confirm title status, prior damage, and service patterns before you commit. Put inspection priority on the cabin, electronics, tires, brakes, and suspension, since those are the areas where condition differences can matter most on a used crossover. Focus on overall maintenance quality and signs of wear that might suggest harder use, even if the listing looks clean at first glance.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Honda CR-V?

This is a moderate market, so you can shop selectively without feeling rushed, but the best listings still deserve quick attention.

• Deal availability: 38.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 6,927 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.86% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 91.1% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $31,436, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Honda CR-V's resale value?

The current average of $31,436 sits slightly below last year's $32,699.

That tells you the market has eased a bit, which can help you as a buyer now but may also mean future resale gains are more modest if you sell soon. Even so, the CR-V’s strong reputation for practicality and efficiency should help it stay broadly appealing to used shoppers. If you keep mileage reasonable and maintenance records organized, you improve your odds of getting a stronger offer later.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2025 Honda CR-V or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 38.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 91.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 3.86% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the right pick if you want the strongest mix of owner satisfaction, current pricing, and clean inventory among nearby choices. If you are especially price-sensitive, a nearby model year may be worth comparing, but the 2025 gives you a compelling balance of value and confidence when you find a well-priced example.
