Is the 2025 BMW iX a good car?

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 BMW iX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report on any listing you’re seriously considering, especially if the price looks unusually strong. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection so you can verify battery, charging, tire, brake, and suspension condition before you commit. Focus on overall condition and maintenance records, since those details matter most when you’re comparing similarly priced examples.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 BMW iX?

Yes — this looks like a buyer’s market, with softer pricing and enough inventory to give you leverage.

• Deal availability: 41.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,057 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 25.88% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 90.4% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $60,297, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 BMW iX's resale value?

The current average of $60,297 sits slightly below last year's $81,346.

That drop suggests you may have more negotiating room now than a seller did a year ago. If you buy at a strong price and keep the vehicle in excellent condition, you can help protect your future resale position. The main risk for a future seller is that today’s softer market can limit how quickly value rebounds.

Should I buy a 2025 BMW iX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 41.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.4% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 25.88% compared with last year.

Consider the 2026 if:

• It adds minor styling updates and improved battery technology.

The bottom line: The 2025 is the better primary target if you want stronger pricing and a buyer-friendly market right now. If you’re more focused on the latest updates and can stretch for a newer model, the 2026 is the secondary path to consider.
