Used 2025 Audi RS 3 for Sale nearSanta Rosa, CA

Is the 2025 Audi RS 3 a good car?

The 2025 Audi RS 3 earns an expert rating of 7.83/10. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

It’s Audi’s sportiest take on the compact sedan formula, and the data backs that up: you get four-door practicality, sports car-rivalling pace, and an interior that feels worthy of the badge. For 2025, updated chassis tuning makes it even easier to drive fast, and the subtle facelift keeps the RS 3 feeling current. The trade-offs are just as clear: it does not offer much cargo space, and it is poor value for money.

That makes it a strong fit if you want serious speed without giving up everyday usability, but less compelling if your priorities lean toward space or price. Good and great deals account for 40.4% of listings, which gives you some room to shop carefully.

Is the 2025 Audi RS 3 reliable?

The 2025 Audi RS 3 is presented as a refined, everyday-capable performance car, and the expert data emphasizes that its turbocharged five-cylinder, dual-clutch transmission, and AWD setup deliver drama-free performance. The chassis tuning is described as consistent and linear, and the car can settle into Comfort, Auto, or Efficiency modes for normal driving.

It also carries the same four-year/50,000-mile new-car warranty and four-year/50,000-mile powertrain warranty as other Audi models. That helps reduce early ownership risk, especially if you’re buying used and want some remaining coverage.

For long-term ownership, the main risk is that this is still a high-performance machine with a lot of specialized hardware, so upkeep can be more expensive than a mainstream compact sedan.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi RS 3?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a performance car with specialized chassis and drivetrain hardware. Focus on overall condition, signs of hard use, and whether the car has been maintained consistently. Because the RS 3 is meant to be driven hard, it’s worth paying close attention to wear items and any evidence of track-style use.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The RS 3’s exterior and interior are defined by performance-focused details like heavily bolstered front seats, Alcantara, RS-specific styling, and a new RS steering wheel for 2025. The optional Carbon Optic Package adds carbon-fiber exterior pieces, while the optional Design Plus Package brings accent stitching and trim in Express Red or Micrommata Green.
• Powertrain: You get a unique turbocharged 2.5-liter five-cylinder engine, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission, and AWD. Output is 394 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque, with an Audi-estimated 3.6-second zero-to-60 mph time.
• Safety package: Standard equipment includes adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, Park Assist Plus, a 360-degree camera system, and automatic lane-centering. There is not a hands-free option.
• Infotainment: The RS 3 uses a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and 10.1-inch touchscreen with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. A 15-speaker Sonos audio system and wireless device charging are standard too.
• Fuel efficiency: It is EPA-rated at 23 mpg combined (20 mpg city, 29 mpg highway), and observed fuel economy was 22.8 mpg.

Which 2025 Audi RS 3 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi RS 3 is offered in 1 trim level: RS 3.

Here's the short version:

The RS 3: This is the only trim, so your decision is really about whether you want the full RS package. It brings the unique five-cylinder engine, AWD, adaptive damping, torque-vectoring hardware, and the high-end cabin treatment that make the car feel special. If you want the best-value path, the standard RS 3 is the one to buy because there isn’t a lower trim to step up from. The safety package is comprehensive and standard, including adaptive cruise control, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, Park Assist Plus, and the 360-degree camera system.

Is the 2025 Audi RS 3 safe?

The 2025 Audi RS 3 comes standard with adaptive cruise control, forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, Park Assist Plus, a 360-degree camera system, and automatic lane-centering. There is not a hands-free option.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi RS 3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.3% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• For 2025, it gets updated chassis tuning that makes it even easier to drive fast, plus a subtle facelift.

The bottom line: If you want the sharpest version of the RS 3’s formula, the 2025 model is the one to target because it adds updated chassis tuning and keeps the car’s core strengths intact. If you’re more price-sensitive, a nearby model year may still make sense, but you’d be giving up some of the 2025 updates that improve the driving experience.
