How much does the 2025 Audi Q7 cost?

There are 1,264 listings available, which suggests solid inventory for shoppers comparing trims and prices.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 a good car?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns a 7.33/10 expert rating.

The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Form and function, and Technology.

You get a mid-size SUV with room for seven, standard all-wheel drive, and strong handling characteristics, plus wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for everyday convenience. The trade-offs are a cramped third row, outdated advanced driver-assistance features, and poor fuel economy, so it fits you best if you value style, driving feel, and upscale presentation more than maximum family-hauler practicality. 45.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you a decent chance to find a competitive offer.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 reliable?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is presented as a long-running second-generation model that has been around since 2017, and that age shows in some key areas. The expert notes that the driving hardware is strong, but the advanced driver-assistance tech lags behind newer rivals, which can affect how modern the vehicle feels in daily use.

Its powertrain is described as smooth and easy, with the eight-speed automatic sending power to all four wheels admirably. The expert also says the SUV handles like a dream, with minimal body roll and firm brakes, which supports confidence in the underlying mechanical package.

The cost-effectiveness notes also point to a maintenance-friendly perk: the Q7 includes online navigation and traffic light information for three years, along with a six-month trial of high-speed Wi-Fi. For used buyers, the bigger long-term risk is that the vehicle’s dated tech and premium ownership profile may leave you wanting more as mileage and repair exposure rise.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Audi Q7?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example or a heavily optioned trim. Focus on the condition of the third row, infotainment responsiveness, and the operation of the driver-assistance features, since those are the areas where this Q7’s age and packaging matter most.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Q7 comes in Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige trims. The base trim is the one the source recommends for value, while higher trims can push the price up quickly without fully solving the model’s tech shortcomings.
• Powertrain: Buyers of the Premium and Premium Plus trims can choose between a 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder with 261 horsepower and 273 pound-feet of torque, or a 3.0-liter turbo V6 with 335 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. The larger engine is the stronger choice if you want more punch.
• Safety package: The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, and self-parking capability. The source also notes that the advanced driver-assistance features feel outdated compared with rivals.
• Infotainment: The system uses a 10.1-inch center screen with a smaller lower screen for HVAC controls, plus a configurable digital gauge cluster. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, and the Audi App Store adds third-party apps.
• Fuel efficiency: The 55 TFSI returns 18 mpg city, 23 mpg highway, and 20 mpg combined. The smaller engine is rated at 20 mpg city, 26 mpg highway, and 22 mpg combined.

Which 2025 Audi Q7 trim should I buy?

The 2025 Audi Q7 is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the trim the source points to as the best value, especially if you want to keep costs in check while still getting the Q7’s core strengths: standard all-wheel drive, strong styling, and the available more potent engine.
• Premium Plus: This trim makes sense if you want a step up in equipment without jumping all the way to the top of the range, but the source still suggests being careful about how quickly the price climbs.
• Prestige: This is the fully loaded choice, but the source says it’s hard to justify because the ADAS features are outdated and the driving pleasure only meets you halfway.

The safety package includes the usual luxury-SUV driver aids, but the source says the system is behind the competition, so don’t pay extra expecting class-leading assistance tech.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Audi Q7?

It’s a buyer-friendly moment if you’re shopping this Q7, because pricing has softened and inventory is healthy enough to compare multiple listings.

• Deal availability: 45.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,264 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.01% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 94.7% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $45,395, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $45,395 sits slightly below last year's $58,205.

That drop suggests the Q7 has moved into a more buyer-friendly pricing zone, which can help you if you’re shopping used today. For a future seller, it means you should expect softer resale conditions than last year’s market, especially if your vehicle is a higher-trim example with a price that climbed quickly when new. The best protection against depreciation is to buy smart now and avoid overpaying for options that the market may not fully reward later.

Is the 2025 Audi Q7 safe?

The 2025 Audi Q7 earns five-star overall ratings from NHTSA, along with five-star ratings in side crash, and four-star ratings in front crash and rollover.

It earns a 6/10 safety score from our experts.

The Q7 includes blind-spot monitoring, lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, self-parking capability, and customizable ADAS settings. Even so, the source says the lane-centering can be haphazard and that the system trails rivals in sophistication, which is the main safety-tech caveat to keep in mind.

Should I buy a 2025 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 45.8% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 22.01% compared with last year.
• The refreshed design, standard all-wheel drive, and strong handling are priorities for you.

The bottom line: The 2025 Q7 makes the most sense if you want the refreshed styling and still value the Audi driving experience, but you should go in knowing the safety tech is dated. If you’re more price-sensitive, the softer market and strong inventory make this a good year to shop carefully and target a well-priced Premium trim rather than stretching for the top end.
