There are 764 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of used ADX options to compare.

Is the 2025 Acura ADX a good car?

The 2025 Acura ADX is aimed at you if you want a luxury compact crossover that feels premium without moving up to a larger or more expensive SUV. It delivers a scaled-down size with upscale styling, standard comfort and convenience features, and a strong value proposition.

Its expert rating is 7.8/10.

The model scores 9/10 across Look and feel and Cost effectiveness.

The main trade-offs are that it can feel underpowered compared with key rivals, and there is no hybrid option available. Even so, the ADX’s mix of styling, equipment, and lower pricing makes it a compelling fit if you prioritize premium feel and value over outright performance.

With 36.0% of listings marked as good or great deals, you have a decent chance of finding a competitive price.

Is the 2025 Acura ADX reliable?

The 2025 Acura ADX is positioned as a premium compact crossover with standard advanced safety features and a straightforward gasoline powertrain, which supports an ownership experience centered on familiar hardware rather than complexity. Its 1.5-liter turbo four-cylinder and CVT are described as adequate for everyday driving, and the vehicle’s standard equipment list suggests Acura did not strip away core features to hit its price point.

The powertrain is presented as sufficient for merging, stoplight launches, and everyday use, while the cabin’s noise cancellation is described as effective at highway speeds. The cost-effectiveness content also emphasizes that the ADX undercuts many rivals substantially in price, which can help reduce the pressure of buying into the segment.

If you plan to keep one long term, the biggest ownership risk is that the ADX’s value proposition depends on staying satisfied with its performance and feature balance rather than expecting a more powerful or hybrid alternative.

What should I look for when buying a used 2025 Acura ADX?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report, verify service records, and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially if you’re shopping outside the cleanest listings. Focus on overall condition, tire wear, brake feel, and whether the equipment level matches the trim you want.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The ADX’s styling and cabin presentation are a major part of its appeal, and the base trim is more limited in exterior and interior color choices than higher trims. A-Spec models add a sportier look, while the Advance Package brings additional premium touches and more upscale tech.
• Powertrain: Every ADX uses a 1.5-liter VTEC turbo four-cylinder with a CVT, and it produces 190 horsepower and 179 pound-feet of torque. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is available at every trim level for an extra cost.
• Safety package: The standard AcuraWatch suite includes adaptive cruise control, traffic-sign recognition, blind-spot information system, forward-collision warning, and lane-keeping assist. The multi-view camera system is only available on the A-Spec with the Advance Package.
• Infotainment: Every ADX gets a nine-inch center touchscreen, a 10.2-inch digital gauge cluster, wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless Android Auto, wi-fi hotspot capability, and a wireless phone charging pad. The Advance Package adds Alexa Built-In, Google Built-In, HD Radio, and a 15-speaker Bang & Olufsen sound system.
• Fuel efficiency: The ADX is rated at 28 mpg combined with front-wheel drive, and the Mercedes-Benz GLA and BMW X1 match that figure in their best front-wheel-drive form. If fuel economy is a top priority, a hybrid competitor may be worth comparing.

Which 2025 Acura ADX trim should I buy?

The 2025 Acura ADX is offered in 3 trim levels: ADX, A-Spec, and A-Spec with Advance Package.

Here's the short version:

• ADX: This is the entry point, and it gives you the core ADX experience with the standard touchscreen, digital gauge cluster, wireless smartphone integration, and AcuraWatch safety suite. It makes the most sense if you want the lowest-cost way into the model and do not need the extra styling or tech upgrades.
• A-Spec: This is the best-value trim if you want the ADX to feel more distinctive inside and out. It adds sportier visual details, 19-inch wheels, rear-seat USB-C ports, and additional exterior color choices, while keeping the same basic powertrain and standard safety foundation.
• A-Spec with Advance Package: This is the most premium version, adding Alexa Built-In, Google Built-In, HD Radio, a 15-speaker Bang & Olufsen audio system, Individual Mode, and the multi-view camera system. It suits you if you want the most upscale ADX and are willing to pay for the extra convenience and tech.

The standard AcuraWatch suite is part of the ADX’s appeal across the lineup, while the multi-view camera system is reserved for the A-Spec with Advance Package.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2025 Acura ADX?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you have room to shop carefully without feeling rushed.

• Deal availability: 36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 764 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.14% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 96.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $34,822, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2025 Acura ADX's resale value?

The current average of $34,823 sits slightly below last year's $37,103.

That price movement suggests the ADX has softened enough to improve your buying position today. If you sell later, the current lower entry price may help keep depreciation more manageable than it would be if you bought at a higher point in the market.

For a future seller, the key question is whether the ADX’s value proposition remains strong enough to support demand in the used market. Its premium branding, standard safety equipment, and lower-than-many-rivals pricing should help, but the lack of a hybrid option and the modest performance may matter when shoppers compare it with newer alternatives.

Is the 2025 Acura ADX safe?

The 2025 Acura ADX earned a Top Safety Pick award from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety and a five-star Overall Safety Rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

The standard AcuraWatch suite includes adaptive cruise control, traffic-sign recognition, blind-spot information system, forward-collision warning, and lane-keeping assist. The multi-view camera system is only available on the A-Spec with the Advance Package.

One caveat is that the ADX was rated Acceptable rather than Good in some IIHS categories, including the updated moderate overlap front crash test LATCH system ease of use.

Should I buy a 2025 Acura ADX or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2025 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2025 if:

• 36.0% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 96.6% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.14% compared with last year.
• The 2025 stands out for its all-new positioning, strong value proposition, and standard advanced safety features.

The bottom line:

If you want the newest ADX with the strongest mix of value, safety equipment, and premium feel, the 2025 is the clear starting point. If you’re more price-sensitive, you should still shop carefully for a lower-mileage example or a well-priced listing that lands near the bottom of the year-round range.
