You should still run a vehicle history report and verify that the car’s records match the listing details. Focus on condition, maintenance history, and any evidence of track use or inconsistent service.

What is the 2024 Porsche 718 Boxster's resale value?

The current average of $133,182 sits slightly below last year's $145,328.

That softer pricing can help you buy with less upfront pressure, but it also means future resale may depend more heavily on condition and mileage. If you keep the car clean, well-documented, and free of accident history, you should be in a better position when it’s time to sell. A well-kept example is likely to stand out more if the market stays selective.

Should I buy a 2024 Porsche 718 Boxster or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 23.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 94.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.36% compared with last year.

The bottom line:
The 2024 is a sensible choice if you want the current-year car and can take advantage of softer pricing. If your priority is stretching your budget further, a nearby year may offer a lower entry price, but the 2024 gives you a solid mix of inventory, deal availability, and clean listings.
