Yes — the 4.67/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction for a value-focused subcompact SUV. The 2024 Kicks emphasizes affordability, reliability, and straightforward transportation, and it also appeals to shoppers who want a small SUV with a practical footprint and solid fuel economy. Is the 2024 Nissan Kicks reliable?

Owners rate it 4.67/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Kicks was built on a first-generation formula that had already established a reputation for dependable ownership and low complaint volume. It also leans into simple, efficient transportation rather than complexity, which is often a plus when you want a used vehicle that is easier to live with. Its standard safety and driver-assistance equipment adds everyday confidence without making the vehicle feel overcomplicated.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about mechanical drama and more about whether the vehicle’s modest size and basic equipment still match your needs over time.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Nissan Kicks?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a vehicle history report and confirm that the car’s records match its condition and mileage. Prioritize a thorough inspection of the tires, brakes, suspension, and interior wear, since those areas can reveal how the vehicle was used. Focus on overall condition and maintenance consistency, especially if you are comparing multiple listings at similar prices.

Should I buy a 2024 Nissan Kicks or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 90.1% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 4.12% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.67/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $22,773, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $19,033 average.
• It brings a full redesign with a more polished overall package.

The bottom line:
You should lean toward the 2024 if you want the better value and a wider pool of lower-priced listings. If you can stretch your budget and want the redesigned version, the 2025 is the stronger upgrade path; if price matters most, the 2024 remains the smarter buy.
