How much does the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport cost?

Is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport a good car?

The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport stands out as a luxury SUV that blends serious off-road hardware with high-end performance and an upscale cabin. It is aimed at you if you want a midsize SUV with genuine capability, strong performance, and a premium feel rather than a simple commuter-focused luxury vehicle.

The model’s appeal comes from its breadth of talent: Land Rover’s 4x4 experience, a performance-oriented setup, and a cabin loaded with technology. It is especially compelling if you value difficult-terrain credibility and upscale presentation in the same package.

40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are worthwhile opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport reliable?

The 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport is weakened by poor reliability, poor fuel economy, and low resale out of warranty. That means its strengths are real, but they come with ownership tradeoffs that matter more once you move beyond the initial purchase.

If you plan to keep it long term, you should weigh the likelihood of higher ownership risk against the SUV’s performance, luxury, and capability advantages.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report on any listing you are seriously considering, especially if the price looks unusually attractive. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on condition, electronics, and signs of hard use, since this is a premium SUV with a lot of complex equipment.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport?

This looks like a buyer-friendly market if you are shopping carefully and comparing listings.

• Deal availability: 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,435 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.89% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $70,158, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport's resale value?

The current average of $70,158 sits slightly below last year's $80,538.

That price movement suggests the model has already absorbed a meaningful amount of depreciation, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you plan to resell soon. For a future seller, the current trend points to a vehicle that may continue to lose value faster than some rivals, especially once warranty coverage ends. If you buy one, the best resale protection will come from choosing a clean, well-documented example and keeping it in strong condition.

Should I buy a 2024 Land Rover Range Rover Sport or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 40.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.8% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.89% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $62,400, the 2023 costs less than the current year's $70,158 average.
• It emphasizes off-road strength over on-road polish.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $82,886, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $70,158 average.
• It blends luxury with sharper handling.

The bottom line: the 2024 is the best fit if you want the strongest balance of current pricing, inventory depth, and feature-rich luxury. If you are more price-sensitive, the 2023 is the better value play, especially if you care more about capability than refinement.
