Used 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S for Sale nearSavannah, GA

Is the 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S a good car?

The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S earns a 7/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Safety at 8/10.

Jeep’s first electric SUV is aimed at you if you want quick, modern EV performance rather than just efficiency. It seats five, offers reasonable cargo space plus a small frunk, and pairs strong straight-line speed with an easy-to-use cabin layout. The trade-offs are real, though: the price is high, steering feel is lifeless, and the display screens can be distracting in bright light.

For shoppers who want an ambitious, well-equipped electric Jeep with real range and strong acceleration, it makes a compelling case. Market availability is also decent, with 41.5% of listings marked as good or great deals.

Is the 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S reliable?

The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S is presented as a new electric model with a dual-motor setup and a large battery, and the expert evaluation emphasizes strong performance and a generally well-executed ride. The battery and charging setup are straightforward for an EV, with home charging and DC fast charging both supported, and Jeep also includes complimentary maintenance.

The performance notes suggest the hardware is capable and the driving experience is polished enough for everyday use, even if the steering calibration is a weak point. For used buyers, the main long-term ownership risk is that this is a first-year EV with limited track record, so you should be especially careful about battery condition, software behavior, and charging performance.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on a first-year EV with a premium price tag. Focus on overall condition, screen behavior in bright light, charging performance, and whether the vehicle has been maintained and updated properly. If possible, verify that the battery charges normally at home and on DC fast chargers.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: For 2024, only the fully loaded Launch Edition is offered, so you should expect a high equipment level rather than a stripped entry model. The cabin uses sustainable, recycled, and animal-free materials, but some lower cabin trim pieces look inexpensive, and the display-heavy dashboard can be hard to live with in bright sun.
• Powertrain: The Wagoneer S uses two 250-kW electric motors for all-wheel drive, and the over-the-air Propulsion Boost Package brings output to 600 horsepower and 617 lb-ft of torque. It is tuned for street driving, with strong acceleration and a 400-volt battery setup.
• Safety package: Jeep includes collision warning and avoidance systems, intersection collision assist, blind-spot monitoring with High Speed Overtake Warning, and Active Driving Assist with adaptive cruise control and lane-centering. It also gets a surround-view camera, parking sensors all around, and a fully autonomous self-parking system.
• Infotainment: You get a 12.3-inch digital driver display, a 12.3-inch Uconnect 5 touchscreen, a 10.25-inch climate screen, a 10.25-inch passenger touchscreen, and a 10-inch head-up display. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are included, along with over-the-air capability and a wireless charging pad.
• Range & charging: The EPA range is 303 miles, usable battery capacity is 100.5 kWh, and DC fast charging can take the battery from 20% to 80% in 23 minutes. Jeep also says home charging can replenish the battery in about nine hours.
• Battery health: On a used EV, you should check battery state-of-health, confirm normal charging behavior at home and at DC fast chargers, and review how much battery warranty coverage remains. A clean charging history and consistent range are especially important on a first-year model.

Which 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S trim should I buy?

Should I buy a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 41.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 95.7% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• It’s Jeep’s first electric SUV, with strong straight-line performance and a well-equipped cabin.

Consider the 2025 if:

• It adds more versions at lower price points.

The bottom line: If you want the first-year Wagoneer S experience and can live with the premium pricing, the 2024 is the path to take. If you’re more price-sensitive, waiting for the 2025 lineup makes sense because it broadens the range and should bring lower entry prices.
