Should I buy a 2024 Jeep Wagoneer L or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 43.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.2% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 28.87% compared with last year.

Consider the 2023 if:

• At $36,315, the 2023 costs more than the current year's $34,596 average.
• It offers more cargo room and a roomier layout.

The bottom line: The 2024 is the better primary pick if you want the stronger value proposition and a healthier deal environment. If you're especially price-sensitive, the 2023 is still worth a look for its extra space and slightly different value mix, but you should expect to pay more on average.
