Used 2024 GMC Acadia for Sale nearYuma, AZ

How much does the 2024 GMC Acadia cost?

Prices have softened 8.99% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 3,463 listings available, which gives you a solid amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2024 GMC Acadia a good car?

Yes — the 2024 GMC Acadia earns a 4.5/5 user rating and a 6.83/10 expert rating. The model scores 9/10 across Form and function and Technology.

The Acadia is a redesigned three-row crossover SUV that aims for a bigger-SUV feel, and its new shape helps it stand out from more ordinary midsize crossovers. Its well-executed cabin and easy-to-use technology are among its strongest points, and it also offers plenty of cargo space. The tradeoff is that its design may be polarizing, and its driving experience is fairly pedestrian.

That makes it a better fit if you want a practical family vehicle with a modern interior and strong utility than if you’re shopping for something especially engaging to drive. The market shows 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2024 GMC Acadia reliable?

Owners rate it 4.5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Acadia is described as a redesigned model with a well-executed cabin and a new turbocharged four-cylinder engine, which points to a fresh but still practical ownership experience. Its powertrain is presented as strong and consistent, and the cabin and technology are among the vehicle’s strengths.

The available information also notes a three-year, 36,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and a five-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty on new vehicles, which helps frame the ownership picture. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is that a newer redesign can bring more uncertainty than a carryover model, so condition and maintenance history matter.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 GMC Acadia?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the vehicle history report carefully, because a clean listing percentage does not replace a proper records review. Prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on the drivetrain, electronics, and any signs of hard use, especially if you’re considering a higher-mileage example. Pay close attention to overall condition, since the Acadia’s appeal depends heavily on its interior quality, technology, and family-hauling usefulness.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Acadia is offered in base Elevation, off-road AT4, and luxe Denali trim levels. The Elevation comes standard with 18-inch wheels, while 20-inch wheels are optional. The Denali moves up to standard 20-inch wheels and optional 22s, and the AT4 gets model-specific 18-inch wheels with all-terrain tires. The AT4 adds red tow hooks, black wheel-arch trim with marker lights, and blacked-out trim, while the Denali gets its own grille treatment and upscale detailing.
• Powertrain: Every Acadia uses a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 328 horsepower and 326 pound-feet of torque, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. It replaces the previous model year’s smaller turbo four and V6 engines, and it enables a 5,000-pound towing capacity with the available towing package. FWD is standard on Elevation and Denali, while AWD is standard on AT4 and available on the other trims.
• Safety package: Standard driver assist features include forward-collision warning, a following-distance indicator, automatic emergency braking front and rear, automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring with steering assist, traffic-sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, and a vibrating safety alert seat. Super Cruise is optional on all trim levels, and a rearview camera mirror plus surround-view camera system are available.
• Infotainment: The Acadia gets a standard 11-inch digital instrument cluster and 15-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. It also includes a standard 12-speaker Bose audio system, wireless device charging, a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot, and at least one USB port per row of seats. An 8-inch head-up display and 16-speaker Bose system are available.
• Fuel efficiency: GMC estimates 23 mpg combined, 20 mpg city, and 27 mpg highway with FWD, or 21 mpg combined, 19 mpg city, and 24 mpg highway with AWD.

Which 2024 GMC Acadia trim should I buy?

The 2024 GMC Acadia is offered in 3 trim levels: Elevation, AT4, and Denali.

Here's the short version:

• Elevation: This is the entry point, and it gives you the redesigned Acadia’s core strengths without pushing the price as high as the upper trims. It’s the best-value choice if you want the new engine, the big screens, and the roomy cabin while keeping costs in check.
• AT4: This is the trim to choose if you want the Acadia’s most rugged character. It adds standard AWD, a twin-clutch system tuned for off-road driving, a 1.2-inch ride-height lift, skid plates, and Terrain mode, plus unique exterior details. It suits you best if you want the most adventurous version, though it’s still a light off-roader rather than a serious trail rig.
• Denali: This is the upscale choice, with standard 20-inch wheels, available 22s, and a more premium appearance. It’s the trim to consider if you care most about comfort and presentation, though the materials do not fully match the luxury billing.

Super Cruise is optional on all trim levels, and the available rearview camera mirror and surround-view camera system add another layer of safety tech.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 GMC Acadia?

This is a moderate market for selective buyers, so you can shop carefully and still find opportunities.

• Deal availability: 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 3,463 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.99% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 87.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $40,552, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 GMC Acadia's resale value?

The current average of $40,849 sits slightly below last year's $44,883.

That price movement suggests the market has cooled, which can help you buy more confidently now but may also mean slower appreciation if you plan to sell later. For a future seller, the current trend implies you should expect resale value to depend heavily on condition, mileage, and trim desirability rather than broad market momentum.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 GMC Acadia safe?

The 2024 GMC Acadia is a newly redesigned model, so crash-test ratings from IIHS and NHTSA were not available at the time of publication.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard driver-assistance equipment includes forward-collision warning, a following-distance indicator, automatic emergency braking front and rear, automatic high beams, adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, lane-departure warning, blind-spot monitoring with steering assist, traffic-sign recognition, a rear-seat reminder, and a vibrating safety alert seat. A rearview camera mirror and surround-view camera system are available, and Super Cruise is optional on all trim levels.

Should I buy a 2024 GMC Acadia or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 36.6% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 87.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.99% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model is redesigned, with a bigger footprint, a revamped interior, a new turbocharged four-cylinder engine, and a stronger emphasis on space and technology.

The bottom line: If you want the newest Acadia with the most modern cabin, the strongest tech, and the redesigned look, the 2024 is the one to target. If you’re more price-sensitive, you may want to compare it carefully against nearby model years, since the 2024’s appeal is strongest when you value the redesign and updated equipment more than outright bargain pricing.
