Used 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron for Sale nearSan Antonio, TX

How much does the 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron cost?

Prices have softened 6.36% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 473 listings available, which gives you a decent amount of inventory to compare before you buy.

Is the 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron a good car?

Yes — the 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron earns a 5/5 user rating and a 7.67/10 expert rating. The model scores 8/10 across Look and feel, Performance, Technology, and Safety.

It comes across as a refined electric luxury SUV that prioritizes understated design, strong cabin quality, and a more discreet ownership experience. Audi also gives it a meaningful range improvement over its predecessor, with the 2024 model offering 285 to 300 miles per charge depending on bodystyle and trim.

The trade-offs are worth noting: the exterior styling may be too subtle if you want your EV to stand out, and the brake pedal has very short travel. Even so, it should suit you well if you value refinement, range, and a polished luxury feel over flash.

Only 47.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals, so the market is somewhat selective even if the model itself is appealing.

Is the 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2024 Q8 e-tron is presented as a polished, well-finished electric SUV with strong acceleration and a composed ride, which supports the impression of a vehicle built for everyday use rather than novelty. Its range improvement over the previous model also suggests Audi made a meaningful step forward in usability.

The performance notes point to a balanced powertrain and chassis setup, with strong acceleration and stable ride quality. The cost-effectiveness notes also mention two years of unlimited free recharging with Electrify America, which can help reduce early ownership friction.

For used buyers, the main long-term risk is making sure the battery and charging system have been cared for properly, since EV ownership depends heavily on battery health and charging habits.

What should I look for when buying a used 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron?

Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.

You should still run a history report and prioritize a pre-purchase inspection, especially on an EV where battery condition, charging behavior, and software operation matter. Focus on overall condition, charging equipment, and whether the car has been used mostly for home charging or frequent DC fast charging.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The Q8 e-tron has three trims: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. The entry-level Premium already includes automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with lane guidance, blind-spot monitoring, rear-cross traffic alert, and automatic high-beam headlights, while Premium Plus adds LED matrix-design headlights, traffic sign recognition, and a surround-view parking camera.
• Powertrain: It uses a 402-horsepower dual-motor setup with standard all-wheel drive. Output is strong, acceleration is quick, and the powertrain is tuned for smooth, confident everyday driving rather than drama.
• Safety package: Standard driver assistance includes automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with lane guidance, blind-spot monitoring, rear-cross traffic alert, and automatic high-beam headlights. Premium Plus adds traffic sign recognition and a surround-view parking camera.
• Infotainment: You get a 10.1-inch main infotainment screen, a separate climate touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and wireless smartphone charging. The system is feature-rich, but it can take some practice to master.
• Range & charging: The standard SUV is rated at 285 miles of range, while the Sportback reaches 296 miles and the ultra package version reaches 300 miles. The battery pack is 106.0 kWh, and DC fast charging can take up to 170 kW. Audi says a 240-volt home outlet with the standard charger takes 13 hours, while the available higher-output charger cuts that to around 6 hours.
• Battery health: Check the battery state of health, confirm normal charging behavior, and review how the car was typically charged. A used EV that spent most of its life on home charging is often easier to live with than one that relied heavily on fast charging. Also verify how much of the battery warranty remains so you know what protection you still have.

Which 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron trim should I buy?

The 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron is offered in 3 trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige.

Here's the short version:

• Premium: This is the entry point, but it still gives you the core safety tech you want, including automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with lane guidance, blind-spot monitoring, rear-cross traffic alert, and automatic high-beam headlights. It makes sense if you want the lowest starting point and are comfortable skipping some convenience upgrades.
• Premium Plus: This is the best-value trim. It adds LED matrix-design headlights, traffic sign recognition, and a surround-view parking camera, and it also brings desirable comfort and convenience features like heated and ventilated front seats, heated rear seats, a Bang & Olufsen audio system, and power-adjustable lumbar support for the front passenger seat.
• Prestige: This is the most fully equipped version, and it suits you if you want the most upscale presentation and the most complete feature set. It builds on the already strong Premium Plus formula with the highest level of trim content and the added touches seen on the tester.

The safety package starts strong even on the base trim, so you do not need to move up just to get the essentials.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron?

The market looks favorable for shoppers right now, with decent deal availability and a meaningful price drop versus last year.

• Deal availability: 47.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 473 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.36% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 93.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $39,006, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron's resale value?

The current average of $39,006 sits slightly below last year's $41,658.

That kind of price movement suggests the model has already absorbed some depreciation, which can be helpful if you buy now and plan to own it for a while. If the market stays steady, a used example purchased near the current average may have less room to fall sharply than it did when it was newer.

The Q8 e-tron’s appeal as a refined, well-equipped luxury EV should help support demand among shoppers who want range and polish without a flashy design. That said, resale will still depend heavily on condition, mileage, and battery health.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron safe?

The 2024 Q8 e-tron has not yet released crash test ratings, but the 2023 e-tron SUV earned a five-star safety rating from NHTSA and a Top Safety Pick+ score from IIHS.

It earns an 8/10 safety score from our experts.

Standard active safety features on the entry-level Premium trim include automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control with lane guidance, blind-spot monitoring, rear-cross traffic alert, and automatic high-beam headlights. Premium Plus adds LED matrix-design headlights, traffic sign recognition, and a surround-view parking camera.

That means you get a strong standard safety package even before moving up the trim ladder, and the higher trims add useful visibility and parking aids.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi Q8 e-tron or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 47.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is excellent at 93.9% — clean inventory, standard diligence applies.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 6.36% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• The 2024 model’s biggest advantage is its improved range, which rises to 285 to 300 miles depending on bodystyle and trim.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of range, refinement, and current-market value, the 2024 is the one to target. If your priority is simply the lowest possible purchase price, you may want to compare listings carefully and focus on the best-equipped example you can find within budget.
