Is now a good time to buy a used 2024 Audi A3?

• Deal availability: 41.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 683 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.34% compared with last year.

What is the 2024 Audi A3's resale value?

The current average of $23,241 sits slightly below last year's $25,354.

That softer pricing can help you buy at a more favorable entry point, but it also means future resale gains may be more limited if the market stays soft. If you plan to sell later, buying near the low end of the range gives you a better chance to preserve value. Strong condition and clean history matter even more when the market is already easing.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2024 Audi A3 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2024 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2024 if:

• 41.1% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 8.34% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2025 if:

• At $31,702, the 2025 costs more than the current year's $23,241 average.
• The refreshed model adds standard Quattro all-wheel drive and more standard features.

The 2024 is the better starting point if you want a lower purchase price and strong deal availability. If you can stretch your budget and want the newer model's added standard equipment, the 2025 is the more premium choice. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2024 offers the stronger value play.
