How much does the 2023 Toyota Corolla cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 5,664 listings available, which gives you a solid pool of options to compare on price, mileage, and condition.

Is the 2023 Toyota Corolla a good car?

Generally — the 4.3/5 user rating points to a well-liked compact car that fits buyers who want practicality, efficiency, and everyday usability. The overview also highlights a broad range of body styles and powertrain choices, plus a strong standard equipment list that includes useful tech and driver-assistance features. If you want a sensible, easy-to-live-with car rather than something sporty, this model year lines up well with that use case. 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which suggests there are still worthwhile opportunities in the market.

Is the 2023 Toyota Corolla reliable?

Owners rate it 4.3/5, a solid signal of long-term satisfaction.

The overview emphasizes that the Corolla is well engineered and has a strong reputation for durability, which is exactly the kind of foundation you want in a used daily driver. It also points to a straightforward ownership experience built around efficiency and useful technology rather than complexity. For used buyers, that usually means lower long-term ownership risk if the car has been maintained properly.

What should I look for when buying a used 2023 Toyota Corolla?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully, because a clean listing percentage does not replace a full record of prior damage or repairs. Put inspection priority on overall condition, especially signs of uneven wear, neglected maintenance, or cosmetic issues that could hint at harder use. Focus on the car’s mechanical and interior condition first, then compare trim, mileage, and price against similar listings.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2023 Toyota Corolla?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the best-priced examples.

• Deal availability: 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 5,664 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 75.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $19,154, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2023 Toyota Corolla's resale value?

The current average of $19,978 sits slightly below last year's $20,094.

That small decline suggests the Corolla is holding value fairly steadily rather than swinging sharply in either direction. For you as a future seller, that kind of price stability can make ownership costs easier to predict. It also means a well-kept example should remain appealing to used-car shoppers who want a practical compact car with a strong reputation.

Vehicles with solid owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.3/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2023 Toyota Corolla or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2023 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2023 if:

• 36.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 75.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2022 if:

• At $18,382, the 2022 costs less than the current year's $19,978 average.
• It offers broad configuration flexibility across body styles and powertrains.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger all-around shopping pool and a stable price trend, the 2023 is the better primary target. If your main goal is saving money upfront, the 2022 is the better secondary path, especially if you find a clean example with the right equipment.
