FAQs
The 2023 Audi A6 Allroad is an upscale wagon with a bit more capability than your average luxury car. It offers ground clearance (7.3 inches) and cargo space rivaling those of many SUVs. The A6 Allroad provides 30 cubic feet of cargo space behind the rear seats. Though Audi hasn’t stated the total cargo space with the seats down, the A6 Allroad certainly has more space behind the seats than the Q3 SUV does. It also boasts modern tech and safety features and Audi’s capable Quattro all-wheel-drive system.
Trims for the A6 Allroad are Premium Plus and Prestige, both of which are upper-level trims on the standard A6 sedan. The Premium Plus comes equipped with leather upholstery, heated and power-adjustable front seats, three-zone climate control, a heated steering wheel, a panoramic sunroof, and a fully digital instrument panel, which Audi calls its “Virtual Cockpit.” Premium Plus models also come with wireless device charging, four USB ports, satellite radio, and a Bang & Olufsen 16-speaker premium stereo system.
The A6 Allroad comes with a dual-screen center infotainment system. The lower screen operates climate control, vehicle dynamics, and other settings. The upper screen manages the multimedia, including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
Moving up to the Prestige trim adds four-zone climate control, heated rear seats, ventilated front seats, and a head-up display. A black Dinamica headliner is now available on the Prestige trim level.
The A6 Allroad is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter V6 engine. It makes 335 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque. Power is routed through a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Audi’s Quattro all-wheel drive comes as standard equipment. This is the only drivetrain setup, and returns fuel economy of 21 mpg city, 28 highway, and 23 combined. The Audi A6 Allroad requires premium fuel.
The A6 Allroad comes equipped with Audi Drive Select, which allows the driver to select Automatic, Comfort, Dynamic (sport), Allroad, and Lift. As the last mode suggests, the A6 Allroad comes equipped with an adaptive air suspension that can raise for better off-road performance, or lower for improved aerodynamics and stability at highway speeds.
Standard driver-assistance features on the A6 Allroad include forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, pedestrian detection, lane-departure warning, front and rear parking sensors, and a 360-degree parking camera system.
Incredibly, Audi carries over to 2023 the exact same A6 Allroad prices from the 2022 model year. Base MSRP for the 2023 Audi A6 Allroad is $66,900 for the Premium Plus. The Prestige trim starts at $72,400. The Audi A6 Allroad is backed by a four-year/50,000-mile basic warranty.
