Is the 2022 Audi Q7 a good car?

Yes — the 5/5 user rating points to strong owner satisfaction. The 2022 Audi Q7 stands out as a three-row luxury SUV that blends clean design, strong road manners, and a practical cabin. It offers comfortable front and second-row seating, while the third row is best suited to children, and its cargo space is a real advantage for family use. For you, that means it fits well if you want a refined, versatile SUV with useful space and upscale features. The market also shows 47.2% of listings as good or great deals, which suggests there are still attractive opportunities if you shop carefully.

Is the 2022 Audi Q7 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The 2022 Audi Q7 is described as a well-equipped luxury SUV with standard all-wheel drive, good driving dynamics, and a cabin that can feel more technical than warm depending on the trim and materials. Its appeal comes from a mix of technology and capability, including Audi Virtual Cockpit and available Apple CarPlay and Android Auto with the Navigation Plus package. For long-term ownership, you should expect higher upkeep sensitivity than a mainstream SUV, so condition and maintenance history matter a lot when you buy used.

What should I look for when buying a used 2022 Audi Q7?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.

You should still check the history report carefully and confirm that the specific vehicle matches the equipment and condition you want. A pre-purchase inspection is especially important because technology and safety equipment vary by configuration, and you want to know exactly what you are getting. Focus on overall condition, maintenance records, and whether the cabin, electronics, and drivetrain have been cared for properly.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2022 Audi Q7?

It looks like a buyer's market, with meaningful inventory and a healthy share of discounted listings.

• Deal availability: 47.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 1,681 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.30% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 89.8% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $29,994, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2022 Audi Q7's resale value?

The current average of $29,994 sits slightly below last year's $37,169.

That price movement suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you buy at a more favorable entry point today. For a future seller, the key question is whether the Q7 holds its value well enough after purchase to offset ownership costs. A lower current price can also mean less room for further depreciation if you buy carefully and keep the vehicle in strong condition.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2022 Audi Q7 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2022 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2022 if:

• 47.2% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 89.8% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 19.30% compared with last year.

The bottom line: The 2022 Audi Q7 is a strong choice if you want a three-row luxury SUV with a practical cabin, good road manners, and a market that currently favors buyers. If your priority is getting the best value, this year looks especially appealing because prices have eased and inventory is healthy. If you are highly price-sensitive, you can also compare nearby model years to see whether a similar Q7 offers a lower entry price with the features you want.
