They were crazy unorganized. I made an appointment to see the car with Josh Shoemake and no one knew when I got there. The salesman Sam was nice but the whole interaction felt awkward. Overall everyone was pretty kind but communication was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend a friend to buy a car here.

Car is great

I had a great experience. My salesman, Kris and the Capitol Toyota staff went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the vehicle purchase.

They promptly contacted me with more info. Although it was not the car for us they did an excellent job answering our inquiry.

It was by far the best and the smoothest experience I have had. Josh the salesperson that I was dealing with was outstanding, he went out of his way to make sure I was happy with everything, when I contacted him, he wasted no time on sending a response. Abby made the transaction very easy. Shortest time I have ever taken to purchase a car. Dealership was friendly and very clean.

They contacted me to let me know the truck sold and if was interested in any other vehicle they have on the lot and if so to let them know so we can set up a meeting in the future.

While we didn’t end up purchasing the used vehicle we looked at, our dealer was incredibly kind and helpful.

They did not have the car/color/model listed on the site. Not sure if that is an issue with CarGurus, or the dealership. Maybe the site was just slow to update. "Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Toyota Camry XLE. While the particular vehicle you prefer is currently out of inventory due to its high demand....."

Although I did not go with this dealership they were very thoughtful very diligent and trying to help me find a car that I liked

I purchased a car from Toyota Marin and was able to do the entire deal through email and phone. The process was super simple and could not have gone smoother. Brian Moore was my salesman and was great! The car was exactly how he described it. He answered all questions and requests promptly. The price, and the service were great. I definitely recommend this dealership and Brian Moore.

Not a good place to get a car. Finance person was very unprofessional. Very pushy.

I didn't buy the cx3 I ended up getting the cx5 but Thom is by far the best . He helped me get a good deal in the car explained everything so clearly . I'm beyond happy with my purchase and would definitely give him a 5 star rating as a salesman

Although salesperson was friendly the inconvenience I was caused erases that. I was told the truck was on site for a test drive , I live 40 minutes away. When I arrived she had said “ sorry” but the truck was still in transit and didn’t know when it would be on the lot. A week later it was sold!!!

Savannah was excellent, and very responsive - they had great pricing, but their car was missing one option we wanted. Had we not wanted the additional option, we definitely would have purchased from them!

Omar and the entire dealership was great to work with. They had my vehicle waiting up front when I arrived, clean as a whistle and ready to go. Everything went smoothly and I was in and out in about an hour. Me and my wife had our grandson along for the trip and everyone at the dealership was even very accomodating to him. Loved this place and would absolutely recommend visiting and purchashing from.

They tried. I give James credit for trying to sell me this Toyota Tacoma I asked to test drive. We went for a test drive- he was in the back seat and jumped up and reached over to the steering wheel to hit a bunch of buttons to try to show me the stereo and stuff.- while driving in an area I'm not familiar with at 45 MPH. The tires were shot on the truck they were more worn down than the tires I just replaced on my back up car. They tried - just not for me.

My salesperson, Enrique Valdivia, made the buying process very smooth. He did a good job addressing all questions and concerns. I would recommend him and this dealership.

They are not up to the customer's expectation. I called for availability of the listing. Internet sales guy does not know that the listing was sold 3 days ago until the day I was going to see the car. They better do business better than this.

Very friendly staff! They were willing to show me all the cars in my price range but I only had eyes for one. There was no pressure at all, just helpful. Mike, Jeff and Eric did everything to make it a smooth purchase. I would definitely recommend this dealership and I would go back again for my next vehicle.

I was contacted mid afternoon with a fair price but decided to go with another vehicle so I didn’t reply back to his email. He sent a follow up email a few days later.

bad organization, drove 1.5hr there, couldn't find the car!

Drove 2 hours in rush hour traffic just to be told the car was no longer available. Turned away in 2 minutes after 2 hours

Scheduled an appointment. Vehicle ‘wasn’t ready’ and I couldn’t drive it. Salesperson blew me off after I got there.

Would not deal on price. Also told me that the price posted on the website wasn't the final. There were "dealer add-ons" that seemed very superfluous to the operation of the car, e.g., coating to keep the inside door handles from getting scratched. Really? Who needs that? These "extras" added $1200+ to the cost posted on the site. I said I wasn't interested and probably will not check with the dealer again for any vehicle I might be interested in.
