This was the most pleasant and professional interaction I have ever had with a car dealership. Zack was extremely professional, accommodating and helpful and Blake was not only an amazing conversationalist but he was quite hilarious and professional at the same time... both men rare gems in high pressure environment of auto sales. I love my car and would refer all my friends in the market for purchasing a new car to BMW Seattle.

The sent me three or four emails, the last from a sales manager which I informed that his price was too high for a used vehicle, regardless of the brand. End of my story, although I still covet that vehicle and have saved the last email because it had a full page photo of that auto, love it!

Purchase of the car was smooth and easy. Busy dealership on a Saturday. Prepare to wait.

Everything went perfectly. Manager met us on a Sunday and let us take the car for a ride. Contacted our sales lady and let her know and asked for a bottom line $ amount. She gave that to us and I said let us know when we can get together. She had the car held for us and we met up on Monday and closed the deal. So simple and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Spoke with salesman over the phone regarding preowned X5. Was vey courteous. The vehicle was not M sport package as shown on Car Gurus therefore price was not worth it.

I was going to buy a car and i told them i would be there for the money on the next day, they didn’t care at all and sold it to someone else that same day.

Brought car to my house and I liked it but they said they needed to inspect it before they could sell it. That was over a week ago and have heard nothing back. Had problems at start as the set up an apointment and when I got there no one knew nothing and car was not inspected. Wasted trip

Bought a low miles 2018 Mercedes for over 41k from them. No haggle price so no negotiation over it and It came with front suspension issues and is at dealership. Although under warranty but don't know how long its going to take, they should have caught it before selling it

They contacted me well and sent full details of the vehicle. Problem is the vehicle is almost 3 yrs old and warranty is about to expire but the price is like you are buying a 2019 or 2020 used vehicle.

Dealership responded quickly thru email but there’s some confusion or miscommunication on the appointment window. I was willing to come in at 10am the following day to look at the car but was told “Sorry, but there’s an appointment for 11:30am.” I had a tight schedule and was only in the bay area a few days. Long story short, I ended up buying a car from somewhere else. I will still consider Peter Pan BMW in the future.

Contacted regarding this vehicle. Their responce was that they are not selling cars from CA to NV residents at the moment. I then asked if they would talk a deposit or how long it would be until they were? No responce from the sales person or the sales manager. Unreal.
