I showed up to the dealership wanting to test drive a 350z, the car wasn’t ready and they tried to push me towards a different car. I was obviously there for one car only. Since the car wasn’t available for a test drive, due to the safety inspection process, I was told they would call me back the following day. Never did.

Shady business here! Internet listed price does not include $1000 dealer fee. The details of this are in such tiny little print on a tiny link that honestly, you don't even see when looking at the listing. Drove over an hour to see it...The internet price was a fair price, but not over $4000 when they got done adding everything on! Buyer beware!

Dealer Experience was Good, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. I had my draft and was interested in a car, I test drove and we crunched the numbers - I didn't get the car but they also didn't waste my time. I did get a few follow up calls but I wasn't hostage at the dealership either.

I asked for an OTD price on a kicks and got an email several days laterconcirmijgbwhat I’m looking for. I replied yes to what I’m looking for. 5 days later and I still haven’t heard from them. I’m trying to give them business. It’s a big mystery this price. Card and mattresses, the two things where a dealer will try and rip you off. Get with the rest of the world and disclose your price.

I did not end up visiting the dealership, but I was generally happy with their personal follow-up. However, the contact I was dealing with set up an appointment for me without my asking for one! They had a great vehicle at a fair price, and the only reason I didn't visit was because I found a similar vehicle locally. (They were a bit of a drive from me.)

Replied to my inquiry very quickly, answered questions promptly via email. We ultimately purchased the vehicle. They were able to match APR and give us the deal we were after.

Overall my experience with Nissan of Costa Mesa was great. John was very helpful in getting all the paperwork ready for my signature. Due to COVID19, his office was set up to protect the consumer as well as himself.

Placed a deposit to put a truck on hold, which ended up never getting processed, resulting in the truck being sold to someone else. Wasted a week of searching, time spent with the dealer, and an unnecessary credit check.
