Called me back!

did not visit lot nor purchased vehicle, but dealer was responsive and informative via email and telephone. 3 stars as there was way to many additional fees added to the purchase price.

I m still making effort to hold their attention. I will call them again today, hopefully. They are emailing me and we’ve chatted twice or so. However, it’s all motion without movement. They promised to call me and get the sales team to talk to me, but to no avail. I’ve called them over five times, but it seems they might not be interested in doing a deal with me.

Everyone was very nice and professional. I contacted the dealership to see if the car was available. They held the vehicle to allow for drive time to the dealership. The vehicle was clean and ready for test drive. We waited quite a while for the paperwork to be completed. Overall, very positive experience.

Email exchanges were helpful. Car was sold before I could pursue it, but experience with the dealer was fine.

I did not buy my new highlander from here, I can only write a review on my experience when I called about the highlander they had. They are far and I just couldn't make the drive to see the vehicle. I ended up buying from a different dealership as they offered to bring the vehicle I was interested in out to me for a test drive. It's the little things sometimes.

The owner, finance guy & Arturo my sales person were awesome. My only complaint was we were there from 11:30-5:00. Because Arturo was selling to 3 people at once. I can't be too angry because he was getting his hussle on. He closed all 3 sales.

Went to see a vehicle they had that I saw her on CarGurus. When I arrived & checked out the vehicle I noticed a dent. The salesperson and manager weren’t aware of the dent until I notified them. The manager then proceeds to say the vehicle was “priced accordingly” with the dent. But never seen it? I like the vehicle so I wanted to negotiate but they weren’t willing to.

Made an appointment a week in advance. I asked the sales rep to please call me if this car sells in that time. I drove all the way there, even though travel was not advised due to major ice. Only to be told that the car had sold, 2 days prior.

I would give Luther Nissan 10 Stars if I could. So helpful and professional from email to meeting them in person. They definitely put their customers as a priority.

Long wait The 2 trucks I wanted to test drive , one had a flat tire, the other one had the exhaust cut out so I couldn't drive it.

The car mileage listed is a misrepresentation. It says 5824, the actual is 9870. That’s a big red flag.

Disappointed that they sold truck I wanted and didn't advise me it was sold already before I arrived after I had just text salesman I was on my way! Then they lied that sales representative I was communicating with was not there when she actually was!
