How much does the 2020 Nissan Armada cost?

Is the 2020 Nissan Armada a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Nissan Armada earns a 4.64/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. Owners consistently praise its strong performance, smooth ride, and spacious interior, and many also highlight its luxury features and comfortable seating. That makes it a solid fit if you want a full-size SUV with real towing hardware, room for seven or eight, and a more premium feel than many rivals. With 35.4% of listings marked as good or great deals, you also have some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Nissan Armada reliable?

Owners rate it 4.64/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The owner feedback also points to a dependable, trouble-free ownership experience for many shoppers, especially those who value strong performance and a comfortable ride over cutting-edge tech. Comments about long-term satisfaction are reinforced by the way owners describe the Armada’s durable feel and confident road manners. For used buyers, the main long-term risk is less about the core drivetrain and more about finding a well-kept example with consistent maintenance and clean history.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Nissan Armada?

At 68% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and confirm whether any prior damage was repaired properly. Put inspection priority on body condition, panel alignment, and signs of uneven wear, since those can reveal how the SUV was treated. It also makes sense to focus on cabin condition and equipment operation so you can separate a clean, well-maintained example from one that simply looks good in photos.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Nissan Armada?

This is a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on standout listings.

• Deal availability: 35.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.

• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.51% compared with last year.

If you find a listing below $20,242, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Nissan Armada's resale value?

The current average of $20,242 sits slightly below last year's $23,138.

That price movement suggests the Armada has become more accessible for buyers, but it also means future sellers may face a softer market than they would have a year ago. If you buy at the right price and keep the SUV in strong condition, you can help protect your resale position. Demand should remain supported by the model’s strong owner satisfaction and broad appeal to shoppers who want a large, capable SUV.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.64/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Nissan Armada or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 35.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 68% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 12.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.64/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $26,389, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $20,242 average.
• It brings a freshened appearance and upgraded technology.

The 2020 is the better starting point if you want the stronger value proposition and are comfortable shopping carefully for condition and history. If you want newer styling and updated tech, the 2021 is the better alternative, but you should expect to pay more. For price-sensitive buyers, the 2020 offers the more compelling balance of capability, comfort, and market value.
