Should I buy a 2020 Lexus UX Hybrid or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 40.4% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 69.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 1.96% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.3/5 — a solid satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $24,815, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $26,376 average.
• It offers a lower-cost, style-driven entry into the Lexus UX Hybrid.

Consider the 2021 if:

• At $27,893, the 2021 costs more than the current year's $26,376 average.
• It adds a more refined, efficient commuting focus with standard all-wheel drive.

The bottom line: The 2020 is the best all-around starting point if you want a balanced mix of price, satisfaction, and deal availability. If your priority is spending less, the 2019 is the better value-oriented path; if you want to stretch for a newer-feeling setup, the 2021 is the upgrade route.
