Apple CarPlay was included in previous years, and Android Auto joins the roster for 2020. There are several option packages available for the Base trim. The Comfort Package comes with heated and ventilated front seats and an auto-dimming rear-view mirror. The Premium Package gets you the content from the Comfort Package, enhanced LED daytime-running lights (DRLs), a power sunroof, 18-inch wheels, and memory settings. The Navigation Package comes with a 10.3-inch infotainment system, navigation, a 10-speaker premium audio system, and dynamic voice recognition. Finally, a new Navigation/Mark Levinson Audio Package comes with all of the content of the Navigation Package along with a 14-speaker Mark Levinson audio system. The Luxury trim comes with most of the standard and optional features from the Base trim, along with a heated steering wheel, black wood trim, and a power liftgate. Options include a hands-free power liftgate, triple-beam adaptive LED headlights, power-folding and reclining rear seats, and the Mark Levinson sound system. For 2020, the NX Hybrid benefits from the new Lexus Safety System+ 2.0. This technology suite includes a reversing camera, forward-collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane-tracing assist, lane-departure alert with steering assist, road-sign assist, adaptive cruise control, and automatic high beams. Blind-spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert, rain-sensing wipers, automated parking, and a surround-view camera are all optional.
