The standard infotainment system includes an 8-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. Standard cargo tie-down hooks are new for this year. The Veloster N is not tested separately for safety, though the 2019 Veloster was awarded Good scores in all of the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) crash tests it completed. Standard safety features include a reversing camera with dynamic guidelines and brake assist. The Veloster N is a true performance bargain in its segment and should be carefully evaluated by shoppers who are interested in a sporty compact car.
