Swift Auto deals was a great place to buy my new car! The owner Jay was super nice and professional. He answered all my questions let me take the car on a test drive. I contacted him about the Subaru Impreza but needed up buying an Audi from him that better fit what I was wanting from a car. He even took care of all the DOL stuff! It was a great experience. Very friendly. I talked to Shanna and Jeremy and they responded quickly to my questions. I asked for more photos and I got them immediately. I was not able to test drive the vehicle due to it not going through inspection yet. The vehicle was in immaculate condition but I was waiting for the inspection report and wanted to test drive before putting a down payment. Unfortunately for me someone else put a down payment on it before I was able to test drive.

after couple emails that price was the best price and planning on driving down new years day which would be the only good time for us due to the distance, but looked online again this morning and they went up 1000 on the car. Will just look some place else. Best price, well they proved that wrong

They car was delivered extremely dirty, needed 4 tires, brakes all around, wipers and an oil change. I called and spoke to the sales person Aileen and her excuse was that their in house maintenance person was off. I tried for days to get them to even cover a portion of the cost of the parts but they kept giving me the run around, they even stopped taking my calls. Buying from this company was a horrible decision on my part. I would NOT recommend them.

Had an appointment at 5pm with them to look at this truck. Found out it was sold the night before and never got a call about it or my appointment being cancelled.

The title claims that most of the trucks are the lariat model so he started licking on them only to realize they are not. OK, maybe there was a mistake with one of them, nope. False advertising

The dealer did not send pictures like I asked but instead kept trying to get my email address and phone number. When I visited the dealership the person responding to me didn't exist at the location and there was no vehicle as advertised. The whole thing was a set-up to get information so they could hound me about a truck and I took the bait. Don't be foolish as I was.

Poor, the young ( I assume) woman that handled my inquiry didnt bother to read my initial email where I took the time to outline the information I was looking for. Her response was " oh , I guess I skipped over that " turned me off to the dealership. Had no desire to continue my interest there.

The dealership was correct in all ways. They sold the truck I was interested in before I got a chance to look at it.
