Used 2020 Ford Fusion Titanium AWD for Sale Nationwide

They didnt have the cars thats were listed. They seemed all over the place with invintory two cars i was going to test drive needed to be jumped i only test drove one and it died on me 1 min after pulling out.

I contacted the dealer asking if a car was available and they said it was. I even arranged financing before going to see it. A notification of that is sent to the dealer to which they responded the car was sold. All that happened within about an hour or so. It's been a week and they still have the car listed! My guess is they're more interested in getting you there and selling you a car than selling you the car you're interested in!

The car I was originally looking for was already sold. But they helped me buy another car that they had on the lot. They where very helpful & I informative. And I drove off with a better Dodge Charger.....

The lady on the phone was very nice. The sales person was agitated. Cursed at someone on the phone. Pushy at times. Didn’t listen in what I wanted . No room for deal or negotiations with prices. He stated that it is what it is.. I walked away, but I really loved the car.

This place is Bad news. I went to this dealer and they said I had to add $999 DEALER FEE AND $3500 FOR A CERTIFIED WARRANTY and I cannot purchase without warranty. I walked out. Sales people are kids running around with a lint remover. A scene from a bad movie. Do not waste your time here. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!

The price advertised is a lie. I Spent at least an hour at the lot for them to let me know the online price is only with 3,500 down.

The car was listed as automatic but turns out it was manual plus the car hadn’t gone through safety inspection so I couldn’t even test drive it when I got there. I wish the person I was emailing at the time knew about this and didn’t waste my time. The people were nice but that was about it.

They deceived us in the price to get us there to find out the truck was missing a trim piece around the headlight and there is a rip in the drivers seat. They took off $50 from the price of the truck. I would never recommend anyone to go there. We were told someone made a mistake with the price. They should have honored the price that was online.

Sales person wasn’t upfront with all fees. Mandatory inspection fee of $3,000 was added to the price of the car after asking prior to driving to the dealership if there are any extra fees. Waste of time!

Purchased our cat from them..ask for stepan...wonderful young man...but be prepared to pay more than you think...

Came to view the car, set up an appointment and drove for 1.5 hours to find the car had been sold the day before. Tried to sell me other cars at higher price points. Total waste of time, totally unethical business practice!

Proce online is not included about 3k in fees. Sellers didnt really have a good knowledge of the cars they have. Cars appear to be bought straight up and then resold without a whole lot of inspection or repair. Sales team was easy to talk to.

Dawson the sales associate was very helpful without being overly pushy. Fair pricing. Financing was different than we have experienced because we didn’t get to choose our lender, they assumed one for us.

They would not replace a part that was going bad or provide a spare key fob. I walked away from the deal.
