Car was good for the value but I’m not sure if it was a real listing since it was available that night and the next morning I received text that it wasn’t available and there was another with $8000 over that price. Not the right thing to do.

I came to this dealership ready to test drive a particular vehicle. It took someone 20mins to acknowledge me. It took another 30mins for them to get the keys. An additional 20mins for them to put air in the tires. After test driving I went to my credit union for an approval just to come back to the dealership for them to say they don't take outside financing. I was very upset that no one informed me of this. Not to mention the person I set my appointment with wasn't even at work that day

Bad experience! Picked up car and it had multiple scratches and was overdue for an oil change. Decided to go through with buying anyway because price was low enough. We had an agreement on price, and then when they sent the paperwork over they snuck in a $163 "processing fee". They refused to waive the fee saying it's because they handle all the paperwork (LOL). If you want a hassle free experience, look elsewhere.

Very friendly, the prices are fair the only problem is they offer you a lot less on your trade in than a regular dealership so the saving is not there. :-(

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR ENERGY HERE! This dealership had their Internet Sales Consultant, Christian Spiers, lie to me over the phone. This was multiple times over a couple of days about the availability and price of variety of Ford SUVs on their lot. Cancelled the appointment because I want an HONEST dealership. If you are looking for a dealership that wants to take advantage of you then this is the one. AVOID Christian Spiers is the best advice I can give.

Sent an email with one question. Took 3-4 days to get a reply and they did not even answer my question. Very disappointed.

Their representative was very helpful. Their advertisement said NO accident. But when I talked to them and also went to Avis Orlando sites, it did have a carfax and it did say it had an accident.

I never got to test drive. Avis Car Sales team kept “losing the keys” and vehicle was never at location agreed upon. This dealer is online and will schedule a “ultimate test drive.” I did get test drive another vehicle for 1 hr, but I was charged a $59.19 day rental fee. Was promised a refund, still waiting.

My sales rep Adam helped me through the whole process and was very patient with me.

Set up appointment. Avis rep confirmed appointment. Drove 75 mi. to location which was a window inside a hotel. No information about address given. Avis clerk had no idea what I was talking about. Called contact person who said truck had been in an accident and was at the body shop. Drove 75 mi. home. Would not recommend.

may I leave zero stars?! the worst company ever. This company will give you a run around and then ask you to upload your check before even seeing the car. All representatives will give you various stories for what's needed for appointment and to purchase the vehicle.

The scheduled a test drive for Sunday. They called on Saturday and told me that the car was no longer available and was supposed to call me back in a half hour to look for another car, I never heard from them again. They are losers. I ended up getting a car elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!

Got a call from them and could never get any answer to my questions. Was told they would call back never did . Left the manager Andy several messages and never got a call back on them so they must not want to sell cars.

Asked what the total price was to 3 different people over the phone and nobody gave me a response. Not driving an hour without having information upfront

They contacted me right away, unfortunately the car was sold. But they asked me what type of vehicle I was looking for and created a list of features I wanted - an agent is searching for the vehicle now. Hope to hear from him soon.
