Chevrolet gives every Sonic a reversing camera. You’ll have to pony up for any other safety options like rear parking sensors, forward-collision warning, and lane-departure warning. The Sonic achieved Good scores in its latest round of Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) crash testing.
