Used 2020 Audi A6 for Sale nearRockford, IL

How much does the 2020 Audi A6 cost?

Prices have softened 9.69% compared to this time last year, making it a favorable time to shop this model year.

There are 499 listings available, which suggests you have a decent amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2020 Audi A6 a good car?

Yes — the 2020 Audi A6 earns a 5/5 user rating, which points to strong owner satisfaction. The overview describes it as a tech-forward midsize luxury sedan with standard quattro all-wheel drive, standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, dual screens, and semi-autonomous capability, so you’re getting a well-equipped package if you want understated luxury with a premium feel. It also offers a broad range of available features, including adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, a 360-degree camera, a head-up display, and a Bang & Olufsen sound system. 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2020 Audi A6 reliable?

Owners rate it 5/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction. The overview also points to a model that feels substantial and modern, with a fifth-generation redesign, standard all-wheel drive, and a broad set of technology features that help it feel current. At the same time, the tech-heavy approach was not always perfectly polished, so you should pay close attention to how the electronics and driver-assistance features behave in real-world use. For used buyers, that means long-term ownership risk is more about system complexity than basic appeal.

What should I look for when buying a used 2020 Audi A6?

Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.6% — always verify the vehicle history report. You should prioritize a pre-purchase inspection that focuses on the electronics, infotainment behavior, and driver-assistance features, since the model’s tech-heavy setup was not always perfectly polished. It’s also smart to evaluate overall condition carefully, especially on cars with higher mileage or lots of optional equipment, because feature-rich luxury sedans can hide expensive repair needs.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2020 Audi A6?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on the right car.

• Deal availability: 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 499 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.69% compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 76.6% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $22,593, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2020 Audi A6's resale value?

The current average of $22,593 sits slightly below last year's $25,017. That decline suggests the market has already adjusted downward, which can help you as a buyer but may limit upside if you’re thinking about future resale. For a seller, the softer pricing means you’ll want to lean on condition, mileage, and equipment to stand out. Well-kept examples should still attract interest because the model’s premium image and strong feature set remain part of its appeal.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 5/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Should I buy a 2020 Audi A6 or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2020 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2020 if:

• 37.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Accident-free inventory is solid at 76.6% — always verify the vehicle history report.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 9.69% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 5/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

Consider the 2019 if:

• At $21,522, the 2019 costs less than the current year's $22,593 average.
• It feels like a more newly redesigned, tech-forward step forward.

The bottom line: If you want the stronger current-market balance of price, inventory, and satisfaction, the 2020 is the better primary choice. If your priority is spending less upfront, the 2019 is the smarter secondary path, especially if you find one in excellent condition.
