Joe and staff friendly and courteous. Car in excellent condition, exactly as advertised. Only issues were a long wait for SMOG and being a little complicated in financing, not familiar with my credit union. But otherwise a successful experience.

Dealer initially responded but didn't respond when I asked about the price. The care was advertise @ 9,900. I asked the dealer if the was the correct price. They didn't respond and then I saw the car listed for $19,900.

Sammy was great. Only reason i did not buy rge vehicle was a change in my decision on when i want to buy a vehicle

Vroom customer service all around from sales to contract is slow and often do not care that you're buying a car from them. I often find myself calling them to see where I'm at in the process. A week ago I decided to get this van and I haven't even talked to no one about delivery/pickup. Just do dealership or private sales. You pay extra here, for what? You to do all the work?

Contacted regarding a new Forte GT Line and got a price back right away. We asked for financing and rebate options and didn’t hear back for 3 days. We really needed a car so bought elsewhere - and the same car too. Gotta call people back!

I was hoping to get notifications of any price drops. I didn't get that but I did get several inquiries from the dealership. I have no complaints.

The manager asked for a credit check to get a price break down of what the vehicle would be out the door. Then they were condescending in their explanation of why the needed a credit check citing the patriot act. We had a pre-approved loan with a reputable credit union but insisted on the credit check for the price break down. Overall this was a bad experience. I would have bought the vehicle if they showed a little more kindness. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at any dealership.

They contacted me by email, but I had a hard time getting through to them on the phone until the truck I wanted was already sold.

They wouldn't send me photos of the car. Only responded by sketchy texts saying "you can see the car when you visit" wouldn't tell me car condition, color, or even get me pre approved before planning my visit showed up.

The salesman couldn't have been nicer and responded back to me in a timely manner.

Truck had no pics. Dealer didn't bother to answer any questions. Drove to see the truck, the whole dealership was empty. Not recommended.

Blake was nice...some concerns regarding the lack of social distancing and several people without mask. The communication regarding the price of the vehicle changed several times and appraisal process is not good at all.

Called to buy car and they disclosed nearly $3500 in “accessory package” fees that are non-negotiable. What a joke.

Not a good experience at this place. Told me they will fix "small issue" days after warranty expire...turn out wasn't that small and now since the warranty expire, they are now saying: " sorry it was sell as is". Went there 3 times, they all point fingers at each other. Do not trust this Dealer!

Great experience!!! Responded quickly to all of my questions and very honest from the salesman to the sales manager. No pressure and very helpful. When I arrived the car was clean and ready for me. It was exactly like it was described online. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

The price on a third party site was over $2500 more then the dealer site. Funny because when I offered an "out the door" price, they countered with $104 over my offer and they provided a flyer from their site that listed the car at about $2500 less then the third party site. I didn't buy this car because of the mileage and color of the car. They still follow up with me which I do not mind because I am still looking for a particular kind of car.

We purchased this vehicle. A bit of confusion when we first arrived.(I hadn'tchecked my texts to realize we had been assigned someone)..but salespersons & finance person were very helpful!! Would certainly visit them again!!

The Sienna SE was listed with many options. After driving 60+ miles to see the car, it was found to to have approx $4k less options than advertised. The salesman Moe said the advertised price was the lowest they could go, even for cash. He said he would have the option list revised, but as of today (a week later), it still showed the same missing options.

Another scammer. Lowered the price to attract people but adds back existing add ons for 2 to 3k that increases the advertised price by that much. Claims to have an immobilizer system which is totally unnecessary because new cars can't be ooerated without the programmed remote anyway . Won't fool this guy.!
